Excellent price-quality ratio. There is a tram and metro stop nearby. In 2 minutes there is a large shopping center and a supermarket. 20 min walk to the center. Of the cons. Apparently, not everyone observes the smoking ban in the room. There is a smell and the sofa has been burned in several places. Breakfast is brought to the room - a lot of rolls, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt.

Clear. Quietly. Convenient location. Breakfast is brought to the room. Responsive staff. There are interruptions with wi-fi, but this does not spoil the impression of the place.
