The location is not bad, not far from the metro, while it is quiet.
The rest is bad. A big enough price for what we saw. The room is old, dirty, the bathroom is mildewed, dripping from the ceiling, the hood and grease curled around the stove, the batteries in the vspults and the clock barely work. There is no one at the reception, they come on a call, they waited for the keys for half an hour
One room, 2.5K per night was learned from one person. Then we moved into an apartment that we rented on air b'n'b, it cost 3.5K per night, but an apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, a balcony, a washing machine, a large kitchen with all accessories.
We chose these apartments based on the cost and location. And it was a failure. All reviews for 5 stars from 2018-2019, apparently, then this place had a rise. Now it's just awful. The whole bathroom is covered in black mold with a musty smell. On a rainy day, it also started dripping from the ceiling. There is a battered bed in the room itself, and springs are about to start sticking out of the mattress. You'll have to sleep on them. Dust, grease in the kitchen area. There is no wine opener, and we are in Armenia, where there is a lot of delicious wine. There is mold and smudges on the wall from the air conditioner. But it's there, I'm not sure if it works.
We were in the apartment on the first floor under No. 1. Neighbors from all sides will live with you, you can hear every sound.
The cost does not correspond to what was seen at all. For this money, you can rent an apartment right in the center of Yerevan with a new renovation.
