We stopped on July 23-24, 2024. Very clean, cozy. Within walking distance from the center. There is a grocery store nearby. We lived in room No. 1 (3 people), each with a separate bed. There is a separate bathroom in each room. There is also wi-fi. The shared kitchen has everything you need for life (dishes, stove, microwave, kettle). Each apartment also has its own kettle and refrigerator. There are board games on the ground floor. And most importantly, the friendly and friendly host Andrey, who invests in his business with all his soul. He also offers to briefly describe the route around the city of Grodno. In general, we were very satisfied. If we go to Grodno again, we will definitely stop here.

The apartment "Our House" turned out to be the quiet haven where we were able to stay overnight, organizing a spontaneous trip to Grodno for the weekend.
Friendly attentive host.
Clean, everything is so bright, modern. Repairs made of high-quality materials and in a single concept.
There are only 5 rooms in this town house, each room has its own bathroom, and the rooms are located on different floors - no one bothers anyone. Each room has its own refrigerator and kettle, and if you cook something, it's a cozy kitchen on the ground floor.
Good location (we walked to the center, we didn't need to touch the car). By the way, it is located in a quiet place. We rested and slept well.

We stayed at Our House on July 10-11, 2024. We were very pleased with the location + (quiet area, close to the center), cozy +, clean + (for me it's just a thing)), our room was No. 2 - spacious. The room had everything you needed. Downstairs on the ground floor there was a kitchen with all necessary utensils, coffee-tea, etc. A huge plus of this place is its owner Andrey. The man is so customer-oriented!! In the first place - to make you comfortable and comfortable in the hotel. Upon departure, the child was given a mini-gift +
But it was a pleasant surprise for me that the owner loves his city very much, knows it well And!!! He prepared photocopies of the city map for us and told us and showed us where to go and what to see! You can't see the city in one day, that's a fact. But with Andrey's help, we visited all the important parts of the city and saw a sufficient number of interesting places. Thanks to Andrey's well-thought-out route, for which I THANK him very much.
The owner saw us off personally, asked if we liked everything, took into account some wishes. Having been in Grodno for only one day, the impressions are the most positive, precisely because we met "Our house". I definitely recommend this place for living.

We stayed at the apartment "Our House" from October 28 to October 31, 2024.
The location of the apartments is convenient, from the center somewhere a leisurely 25-minute walk.
There is a parking lot.
We lived in room No. 2 (3 people). The room has a large bed and a sofa, armchairs and a table, a wardrobe, a small hallway. The room is bright and clean. The apartment also has its own kettle and refrigerator, wi-fi. The bathroom and shower are small, but it has everything you need (even a hairdryer). The shared kitchen is located on the ground floor. There is everything you need for cooking (dishes, stove, microwave, kettle). I was pleased with the board games.
On the day of arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owner of the apartment, Andrey, which is not a little important for people coming to an unfamiliar city or place. He told and showed on the map the location of all the attractions and unique places that are mandatory to visit in Grodno and the surroundings of Grodno. Of course, it is impossible to get around all the places in one day, it is better to come as many days as possible and feel the charm and beauty of this city, every street and street.
I definitely recommend the apartment "Our house".

It's a great place. The room is dry, clean, and spacious. The mattresses are good, the water pressure is clear, warm, cozy, safe. I was very lucky with the number. It is a pity that it could not be transported to all the cities where we traveled.. Everything is as described. Parking in the courtyard, under the Windows. The friendly host advised what to see, where to eat delicious food. Walking distance to the old town is 20 minutes by fishing rods, a square, parks. The city is wonderful, be sure to book a tour and visit the zoo!

We had a family vacation at the end of August 2024. We arrived for two days, but couldn't resist and stayed for more! Great place! Clean, modern, all amenities, photos correspond to reality. We got room 2: large and bright, excellent bathroom, refrigerator in the room, Wi-Fi. The children appreciated the board games, we appreciated the comfort and cleanliness. Останавливались в этих апартаментах в августе 2023 г. с тремя детьми на три ночи.
В апартаментах все очень прилично, чисто и комфортно. Место довольно тихое, высыпались хорошо. Также есть парковка под окнами, где всегда находилось место.
До центра пешком не ходили, но на машине это примерно 8 мин.
В общем остались только положительные впечатления.
Обязательно вернемся еще.

Аппартаменты по соседству с Виноградом!
Отделка помещений несколько богаче. Тоже очень тихо и уютно!
Хозяин, как мне показалось, Поляк. Очень приятный в общении и культуры человек.
Ни чем не показал своего, какого то отрицательного отношения к русским. Предельно корректен.
По стоимости не подскажу, уже сняли номер в Винограде.
Но советую присмотреться и к этим аппартаментам.
Место такое же прекрасное, находится в соседнем подъезде таунхауса.

Очень чисто, уютно, тихо. Хозяин тщательно следит за спокойствием постояльцев. Расскажет куда сходить и съездить. Свежее чистое белье. Большая парковка с удобным выездом. Мы попали в самое пекло и кондиционер был бы кстати, но с заходом солнца довольно быстро стало вполне комфортно. От гостиницы центр города в 20 минутах ходьбы по уютным улочкам. Семьей с детьми сюда заселяться однозначно удобно.

We traveled in early June 2024 in Belarus, stayed in hotels of different sizes and levels. According to the collective opinion of all family members, the apartment Our house unconditionally took the first place! Very decent quality of repair, furniture, good beds, cozy design creates a feeling of home, not a hotel, everything is done wisely and with a view to convenience. There are a lot of dishes, coffee, tea in the shared kitchen. Everything is clean and tidy. Our house in Grodno was found by chance in Yandex according to reviews, and, lo and behold, the reality turned out to be even better than in the photo. I was also very pleased with the silence: there was a courtyard with parking outside the window, and I couldn't hear the neighbors, although almost all the rooms were occupied. A pleasant impression was left from the meeting with the owner. Andrey is serious about booking, meeting, and departure of guests, always in touch. It is very pleasant to receive such attention.
It is easy to walk to the center of Grodno, we walked back and forth every day using specially different routes to enjoy the flavor of the old green streets of the private sector.

Были в апартаментах наш дом, с 11.8 по 14.8, семья три чел., остались очень довольны , андрей очень внимателен к своим гостям, есть все для комфортного пребывания, доступнось к центру города для экскурсий , гуляний , такси гоу 100р.., рекомендуем для проживания и отдельно посетить турпарк пышки, где есть все, для спортвремя проведения..ролики, вело..

Заехали в аппартаменты на день города Гродно.
Очень уютно, чисто, комфортно, аккуратно и душевно. Соотношение "Цена/качество" самое идеальное. Из минусов - очень плохо тянет вай-фай в комнате 4.
В целом - супер! Всём рекомендую.

Остановливались в апартаментах Наш дом в г. Гродно с 7 по 10 мая 2023года, хочу сказать огромное спасибо Андрею за теплый прием! Апартаменты шикарные, номер уютный, чистый, мебель новая, сам ремонт - на высшем уровне! На первом этаже кухня, оснащенная всем необходимым, можно с легкостью приготовить завтрак и отправиться на прогулку по прекрасному городу! Все очень понравилось, спасибо! Рекомендую данные апартаменты однозначно всем, кто планирует посетить этот замечатетельный город!

Апартаменты очень даже приличные. На первом этаже кухня-гостинная: большой стол , холодильник, газовая плита. Далее по выше по этажам расположены комнаты на двух, трёх, четырех спальных места. Чистенько аккуратненько. Мебель можно сказать "с нуля" т.е. новая. Были в трёхместном номере, но вдвоём (я и дочь) в будний день, обошёлся 80 бел.рублей. Хозяин заботлив.)) Приехали на ночном поезде, он нас встретил на машине, завёз в магазин, помог заселиться, всё показал и рассказал, приятен в общении. Подсказал куда лучше сходить, какие места посетить.... Любит прощаться.

Очень удобный гостевой дом для большой компании. Пять номеров с отдельным входом и санузлом, что выгодно отличает от остановки в стандартной квартире. Тут же парковка для авто....Все культурно и чисто....в шаговой доступности от центра города с его достопримечательностями.

Ездили на выходные с друзьями в Гродно. Отличные аппартаменты. В комнате есть все необходимое. Для небольшой компании есть отличная гостиная. Рекомендую. Буду в Гродно, остановлюсь у этого хозяина.

Each room has its own bathroom, shower, refrigerator, TV (we even have a smart TV). Each room is on a separate level - i.e. 1 room on each landing. On the 1st floor there is a kitchen with a stove, dishes, a large table - it was convenient to have breakfast together, sit in the evening. The little things were pleasant - tea, sugar, rust.oil, salt.
The rooms are clean, bright, and cozy. Special thanks to the owner for his sociability and excellent sense of humor! ;)
