Not an apartment, but a maid's territory. Everything is for them, not for the guests. There is nothing to make tea in, no place to put the washed dishes (the maids put the wet ones in the cupboard right away), the pipe may leak or the unpaid Internet may run out, there is a breeze from the balcony door, etc. The interior is very tired, but still alive.
