For 3 years we have been vacationing with our family in this apartment and love her and the hostess to the depths of our soul. Very close to the sea (a relatively wild beach from the sanatorium), to the promenade, in the center of everything, but at the same time a quiet location without a lot of tourists. The fashionable Mocha Beach is 10 minutes away by taxi. The apartment is spacious, beautiful and everything is of high quality. A separate love has developed with a balcony with wonderful views of the sunsets.

Very cozy and comfortable apartment, with a pleasant renovation and furnishings) the house itself is also cool, such an unusual entrance. The apartment is spacious and clean, the hostess is a very charismatic lady! Well, the location is super, the very center, the sea is nearby, the embankment. I highly recommend it)

I often rest in Sukhum, I come from Sochi by car. The apartment is huge, everything is thought out for a comfortable stay: contactless access to housing, linen, towels, coffee machine, toaster and much more. The balconies overlooking the historic villas are simply a delight. I recommend it for large companies and families.

Good afternoon! The apartment is clean, spacious, 5 minutes from the sea! Everything is as in the photo! Amazing energy, everything you need for life is there! The owner of the apartment is incredibly charming, I recommend it 100%!
