For all 7 days of our stay, there was absolutely no service: cleaning was not carried out in the room, we took out the garbage ourselves, we bought toilet paper and soap ourselves, we were not even asked to change towels and bed linen all the time. In addition, the Wi-Fi was not working in our room. We've been without Internet all week. There was no microwave oven. There was an iron, but there was no ironing board. Promises were made to our requests to solve these problems, which were never fulfilled. I don't want to talk about the state of repair and furniture in the room at all.
