A nice cozy hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, BUT. An unpleasant surprise was the window of one bedroom facing an active street right at the sidewalk level, and the window of the other bedroom looked out into some kind of blind well and the window of the bedroom of the opposite room was at arm's length. Everything is audible and dark. The same thing from the bathroom. The TV was also working very poorly. But this is not a serious drawback. The included breakfast is not too varied, but it is quite pleasant. The atmosphere is very positive, the design is modern and bright. The pool on the street is small, you can dip. From the hotel to the shore, a 20-minute walk downhill. On the way back, accordingly, the buttocks work well. There are few normal beaches within walking distance. We settled there only because of Loro Park, which is also about 20 minutes on foot. It's very convenient, because the parking lots in Loro are already full in the morning. In general, the hotel is normal with a plus 😊

The apartments are not bad, clean, cozy, spacious. The breakfasts are good. But: there is no lock in the toilet, and the plumbing is in trouble, the hot water was running out quickly.
