A good complex for family holidays. Quiet, calm. Within easy access to the sea, a shop, a bus stop. There is a swimming pool, a small playground and a barbecue area.

I own apartments in this institution, I really like it there, such wonderful people live there, Lyudmila with Alexander and Rashida who take care of everything and observe beauty, take care of plants, the place is calm, almost deserted, 2 steps walk to the sea, so if you want a house by the sea, you are here!
