A beautiful apartment.
It is clean, cozy, the bed is simply divine, you can sleep here 100 percent.
Everything in the apartment is thought out to the smallest detail, there is everything you need for a comfortable family holiday.
We settled in with the children, a pleasant surprise was a whole box with boardboards and books.
Overall 10 out of 10.

Just a great apartment, there are no disadvantages. Contactless check-in is generally super. Anastasia was always in touch, answered all questions. The apartment itself is very cozy and comfortable, especially for families with children, there are small games, there is a playground in the yard, which turned out to be important. All the sights are very close. The most amazing thing is that there is a starter kit of products and tea and coffee and even vegetable oil, which helped us out a lot. Excellent and very cozy apartment in the historical center of Polotsk!! Special attention is paid to the details for the comfort of the guests (the freshest bed linen, tea/coffee in abundance, cosmetics, books for children, coloring books, games, etc.) Anastasia is a very sweet, polite and attentive hostess!! Clear and comfortable communication!! Sheer delight!!! I definitely recommend it!!!!

One of the most wonderful apartments we've ever stayed in)))) Friendly, attentive Anastasia, with whom all issues were resolved literally from the first conversation. An apartment with a beautiful, thoughtful interior, the freshest linen, the presence of useful little things. Convenient location. Our trip to the city of Polotsk was simply wonderful, including thanks to Nastya and her beautiful apartment, where care and attention to guests can be traced!
