Nice rooms, functional. There is an el. Stove, washing machines, dishes. Teapot. The service (cleaning) for 3 days did not even come in. Perhaps we were misunderstood. The breakfast is so-so, a small selection. There is a sauna in the basement and a swimming pool on the top floor. There are also sun beds and umbrellas on the shore. Which the locals can squeeze out of you without difficulty, with great conflict. The price for the room is not reasonable, taking into account the above.

Next to the sea, spacious apartments with panoramic views. There is a transport stop nearby, you can get to the center of Batumi in 30 minutes. There are small shops and restaurants.
