A good, inexpensive hotel. Cozy, clean rooms with a refrigerator, TV and Internet, kettle, tea and coffee. There are several cafes nearby, and a grocery store in the same building. The bus stop is 10 meters away. The tram is across the street. 10 minutes to the center by taxi. Nearby there is a beautiful park and ancient cemeteries, an Orthodox church and a Catholic church. I recommend.

A great hotel. New furniture and renovation. Everything is thought out, clean and convenient. A nice kitchen with all the necessary equipment and utensils. There is a shop on the ground floor until 23 o'clock.
