They don't change the bathroom, they don't change the toiletries either, I bought them myself because I didn't want to ask for a second time (I just didn't have them when I checked in). Due to the locals' love of cigarettes, there is nothing to breathe in the hotel, they smoke absolutely everywhere. The reception staff is not far away, the parking attendants constantly forgot where they parked the car (once the girl at the reception gave our car key to another person) From the administration, it was possible to deal only with a girl named Ivanka.
The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious, but because of the hanging smoke from cigarettes and the lack of a hood, it was impossible to eat it. Well, most of all, I was outraged by the case on Christmas day, when drunk people were yelling at loud music until two in the morning and when I went to the reception to clarify when this hell would end and they told me in response that the hotel owner had arrived with friends and said that he did not care about the opinions of others. How is that even possible?? So a person doesn't care about the people who replenish his wallet? I'm sorry, but I don't understand this approach to the client. And I would like to note that there was information on the booking that the rooms in the hotel are soundproof, room cleaning is provided, and no one warned us about the private parties of the hotel owner either.
