They're making a big deal out of a molehill. There is no customer orientation. I appeal to the management: "Train your staff according to modern standards, send them to advanced training" A spoon was missing from the room. They were forced to pay 2000 tenge for it. Hi-wai was raised to the ceiling. Despite the fact that the guest himself called and informed them that there was no spoon in the room. We said we don't know anything. Pay!!!

Excellent hotel, I recommend it to anyone who is going to go on a business trip to Karaganda. Excellent service, clean, modern studio rooms, breakfast is included in the room rate, discounts on accommodation on weekends. In general, during the 23 days of my stay at the hotel, there were no complaints even once. And, by the way, an excellent location in the city center, near a modern market, a shopping center, many different types of cafes with excellent Asian dishes.

Lovely girls at the reception - 5+; arrived early in the morning refused to check in without an additional fee of 50% (2 hours earlier) this is 2-, but this is probably the standard in Karaganda (a hint for other hotels - it may attract additional people to you); breakfasts are 5+ (super). There is a shopping center nearby, you can exchange currency and buy groceries; number 5- (the shaving machine was not put in).

The hotel itself is very nice and cozy. We forgot the package in the lobby on the day of check-in. And in a hurry on the same day they rose at night. They asked at the reception if they had found the package, to which they replied that they had not and that there was nothing on the cameras either. I made calls for a couple of days and ensured that the head of the Security Council informed me about the time of the attack and about the lost package. It turned out that we left it in the lobby. And the girl at the reception who handed over the shift did not inform her colleague about this. She was almost asleep at work that day. Apart from this incident, everything in the hotel is great.
