Overall, the hotel is nice, new, clean. The location is generally super, everything is nearby that your heart desires) The room is clean and cozy. The breakfast is not bad, the choice is a little meager, but you will not leave hungry for sure. I was glad that we packed lunch boxes with breakfast because of the early departure. The staff is wonderful, attentive and friendly. But of course there was a but.... We were unpleasantly surprised by the additional payment. bed linen and laundry services (2 pcs) the question is what did the laundry do 2 times in two nights that we were there? I definitely did not change the bed linen, towels too, and they took an additional payment for it. Moreover, when booking, 3 people and a room with a bed and a sofa are immediately indicated, which means two beds are needed, and if this amount were included immediately, perhaps such questions would not arise, but it is very unpleasant. Well, another disadvantage is coffee for an extra charge at breakfast. If you want coffee from the coffee machine, you have to pay.
In general, despite the disadvantages, I recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel in Karaganda. The room is small but functional: a double bed, two bedside tables with individual lighting, a work desk, a kitchen corner, a wardrobe with mirrored doors, a refrigerator and a safe. Bath. There are few sockets, they are not above the bedside tables, they are not enough at the desktop. A good solution is to organize a kitchen corner: stove, extractor hood, sink, microwave, kettle, dishes, additional lighting. But the kettle had to be moved to another outlet, as the outlet above the countertop did not work. Individual air conditioning system in the room, very convenient. Breakfast is quite meager, but the cafe has a good interior. There is a large lobby on the ground floor where you can work and hold a meeting.

I do not recommend even considering this hotel. I booked by phone call, received confirmation from an employee (I attach a screenshot of the correspondence), a few days before arrival, an employee contacted me to confirm the reservation, confirmed. There was not a single word from the employee about the mandatory advance payment (this was what the manager at the hotel was referring to when he refused to check in). As a result, upon arrival, they refused to settle in, they say they had a misunderstanding. There were no available rooms in the city that day, I had to check in in the middle of nowhere. When choosing this hotel, be ready for an adventure. I am attaching a photo.

I booked on the Internet, arrived at night, however, everything worked, the administrator promptly settled in exactly the room where I wanted.
Breakfast is also normal. And the choice of dishes and the quality and quantity on the plate.
If I have to visit Karaganda again, I will repeat the experience.

In the morning I had to urgently print out the documents, the girl at the counter helped with this.
In all respects, it is a pleasant acquaintance with this hotel.

It was terrible , I had to drain the water from the shower for 20 minutes , the stench spread even in the room , water on arrival - 2 small bottles and that's it , they explained to me at the reception , water is provided only on arrival , as well as coffee and tea on arrival , on arrival you give as a deposit 10 thousand tenge , breakfasts - well ... on the 2nd , restaurant : take dumplings with potatoes , I do not recommend anything else , wine is sold only in bottles . Очень хороший отель. Просторные номера, идеальная чистота, уборка и смена полотенец ежедневно, смена постельного белья раз в три дня. Замечательный, вежливый персонал, ресепшн решает любую проблему. В номере есть плита и микроволновая печь, если хотите готовить, достаточно позвонить на ресепшн и вам принесут кастрюлю и сковороду. Завтраки не сильно разнообразные, но всё очень вкусно, голодными точно не уйдёте. Рядом с отелем рынок и торговые центры. Можно купить всё необходимое и поменять валюту при необходимости. С удовольствием останавливаюсь в этом отеле

Очень милый отель с апартаментами. У меня был улучшенный, практически мини квартирка с кухней, всем необходимым, барной стойкой и удобным диваном. Номер чистый, приятный и большой, чувствуешь себя почти как дома. Почему-то не смогла подключиться к wifi, но слишком устала, чтобы уточнять у ресепшн. Завтрак только немного подкачал, хотя все что нужно, чтобы начать день неголодным есть, только выбор небольшой. Если ищите удобный и большой номер, где можно самому себе приготовить поесть в номере, то вам сюда.

This place is probably the best of the hotels in Karaganda.
What is convenient besides the fact that it is a device:
- there is a large shopping complex nearby
- there are several exchangers
in it - next to the hotel, there is a huge bazaar / or rather there are several of them...you can choose different local exotics to your taste;
- the railway station is also very close, but not so close...to bother you with your fuss;

Хорошая уютная гостиница, номера выполнены как апартаменты. Не совсем было понятно архитектурное решение с внутренней перегородкой в номере- телевизор находиться на перегородке со стороны дивана, а не со стороны кровати, на мой взгляд это не удобно. Расположение вокруг одни торговые центры и рынки прогуляться вечером не где, после 21.00 все закрыто. Место для завтраков мало, мы пришли все было занято, пришлось ждать. Завтраки это 3 из 5, плохо скудно и не успевают за проживающими. Охранник на входе- блин вы сделали неплохую гостиницу, кто этот человек на чем и для чего он здесь сидит?

Вежливыйперсонал, просторный, чистый, уютный норер, удобная кровать,. Продуманая система выключателей. В номере тихо, посторонних звуков ни разу не слышал. Выбор завтрака не большой, но все очень вкусно, вполне достаточно. Есть нюансы, такие, как не самый свежий хлеб, но в целом, впечатление от этого не портится.

Отличный отель! Шикарные номера, вкусные завтраки. Есть фитнес комната, правда очень маленькая. Отель находиться в хорошем месте, рядом большой торговый центр, крупный рынок, Бургер Кинг. В целом мне очень понравилось!

Номера просторные, чистые.
Даже в одноместном есть мини-кухня.
Выдают все необходимые мелочи типа зубных щёток и т.д.
Хороший жёсктий матрас, свежее постельное бельё и ремонт.
Из минусов - плохая звукоизоляция и невкусный завтрак.
Для 1-2 дневного приезда по работе вполне подходит.

Ну вот что сказать? Полноценная гостиница, несмотря на то, что апарт. Уютно, чисто, комфортно. Завтраки, как и положено. Расположение- центр ( кому, конечно, интересно). В целом, из всех гостиниц Караганды - лучшая, рекомендую.

Очень слабый завтрак, сосиски были жутко солёные, это говорит о том, что в завтраке, используют дешевые продукты (экономят). Очень маленький выбор еды, много используют майонеза. Номера в принципе неплохие. Локация удобная, рядом молл Таир. Воду ставят только 1 день, потом не ставят, постельное белье и полотенца чистые, кондиционирование на уровне 5+, удобна кухня в номере (можно готовить самому). Кофе с кофе машины, на завтраке, за отдельную оплату, вай фай приличный. В номерах курить нельзя, но запах есть курева.

Очень удобные номера, большие, комфортные, шторы блэкаут, жалюзи, противомоскитная сетка на окнах, удобные матрасы. Тяжелые двери с надежной звукотзоляцией. В номере есть кухня с минимальным набором посуды, гостиная и спальная зоны.

Свежая чистая уютная гостиница. Большие светлые номера семейные с кухней))) всё есть можно не только разогреть но и приготовить))) Готовят вкусно. Есть минус находится далеко от центра где-то на отшибе в старой части города. Но и есть и плюсы,рядо полно торговых центров можно выйти попить кофе. Лифт один и маленький приходится долго ждать)))

Номера просторные, замки цифровые, доступ по паролю, оплата удаленная. Общение с администратором сведено к минимуму. В номерах есть всё для нормального пребывания командировочного: чайник, микроволновка, сушилка, утюг, фильтр воды, одноразовые тапочки. С парковкой засада, но если приехать раньше 8-ми вечера, можно воткнуться. Неподалёку американское посольство, на первом этаже здания классная кофейня с завтракам, обедом и ужином

Отель на крепкие 4 звезды. Никаких претензий.
Никаких проблем с заселением. Выезд за 2 минуты.
Завтрак на уровне как по качеству, так и по ассортименту, и по оперативности реакции персонала. Если вам нужна яичница, то она будет... А если вдруг её нет, то подождите минуту и она появится.
Командировка была чуть менее неприятной благодаря персоналу отеля.
Ещё раз спасибо, всё понравилось.
