Great team, comfortable rooms

It's a very pleasant place. The room stock has not had time to get tired yet, everything you need is there. The renovation of the rooms is neat. In some hotels, it's done "expensively, richly," but with crooked seams, smudges, and hastily. It's modest, but clean and tidy. The room cleaning is good, the soap dishes are all given and of normal quality.
The location in terms of shops and markets is excellent. Suddenly, all the contractors we had to meet were almost within walking distance. Apparently, the location is also good for business.
I didn't attend breakfast - I can't estimate it, but the breakfast room is spacious.
Of the disadvantages, I can only mention that there is only one elevator. But perhaps the flow of guests does not require more. I didn't stand in line, I didn't wait for a long time.
At the check-out, I had to wait for the number to be checked. Perhaps this is a harsh necessity caused by previous hotel experience, but somehow it was not familiar to me. I haven't seen this in many years.

Overall, the hotel is nice, new, clean. The location is generally super, everything is nearby that your heart desires) The room is clean and cozy. The breakfast is not bad, the choice is a little meager, but you will not leave hungry for sure. I was glad that we packed lunch boxes with breakfast because of the early departure. The staff is wonderful, attentive and friendly. But of course there was a but.... We were unpleasantly surprised by the additional payment. bed linen and laundry services (2 pcs) the question is what did the laundry do 2 times in two nights that we were there? I definitely did not change the bed linen, towels too, and they took an additional payment for it. Moreover, when booking, 3 people and a room with a bed and a sofa are immediately indicated, which means two beds are needed, and if this amount were included immediately, perhaps such questions would not arise, but it is very unpleasant. Well, another disadvantage is coffee for an extra charge at breakfast. If you want coffee from the coffee machine, you have to pay.
In general, despite the disadvantages, I recommend the hotel.
