I agree with the positive reviews. Great restaurant, we were with friends twice. The yard is gorgeous, the interior is great, and most importantly the kitchen. Everything is very tasty. We tried all the snacks, lamb kebab, boiled beef, beef kebab. Everything is very tasty. Smoked meat was tasteless (appetizer), but apparently just not to our taste.
Desserts are generally a bomb. Panakota is a favorite,
the restaurant is worth coming and trying dishes of Abkhazian and Turkish cuisine.

The most luxurious restaurant in Abkhazia!

On September 8, we had lunch at your restaurant with great pleasure.
The beautiful territory in front of the institution, an excellent terrace, 2 restaurant halls, the decor pleased with a deep design idea. Dishes, appliances, interior - everything is at a high level.
The dishes pleased us with their bright taste, moderately spicy, the Sturgeon steak and side dishes to it were especially memorable. We tried everything from the dessert menu except limoncello (this is a reason to come back, definitely!) - the serving, the combination of ingredients, the consistency are almost perfect (pannacota "pulled" the wine-based sauce).
According to the service, we can say for sure that this is probably the best in Abkhazia, thanks to Yesenia. Of course, there is something to work on, but this is a separate topic.
The wine was not ordered, I would like to see the serving of wine, but the promised serving of limoncello liqueur pleased me - from the freezer and in a chilled shot. The coffee is great. Also, thanks to you, we learned that there is a Sukhumi Dark beer)
I would like to thank you for lunch and wish you to become by far the Best institution in Abkhazia from next season! Prosperity, more guests and new bright dishes!

The most amazing RESTAURANT! (it is a Restaurant with a capital letter) at least in Tsandripsha!!! The dishes are stunningly delicious, the desserts are author's "you'll lick your fingers" how delicious! The service is pleasant, the waiters know the menu well. The cuisine is Abkhaz and Turkish. We had dinner on 09/13/2024 in the courtyard among the greenery to the live music of a violinist, who plays any repertoire (from Murka to classical). Great atmosphere! I definitely recommend you to visit!

We had a wonderful birthday party at this restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised that in such a small village there is such a beautiful and delicious place.
The day before the holiday, we came to the restaurant and discussed the menu in advance. All the pre-ordered dishes were ready by the appointed time. The food is insanely delicious, with an interesting presentation. Desserts are a separate work of art, with unusual and interesting flavors.
On our birthday, the staff congratulated us and brought out a cake as a gift.
We recommend this restaurant for its delicious food, friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere.

The most modern and stylish place in Abkhazia, with a high level of service, chic service, very refined author's cuisine (Abkhazian and Turkish) and a friendly atmosphere. We booked a table 3 weeks before arrival , we liked everything and the live music and in general how the evening went with friends. I recommend it! I think the price tag is quite adequate for the level of the restaurant .

We have been to Aparpyl 2 times. And in each case, we had a tremendous pleasure. On some days there is live music in the courtyard, it is better to book a table in advance. The interior is pleasant and modern. The furniture is comfortable. The cutlery and dishes are well matched. The menu is sufficient to have a satisfying and varied meal. We tried all the desserts from the menu, a lot of work was done on each one, bravo to the pastry chef! The service is polite and fast, despite the fact that there is a banquet and a full boarding in the restaurant. Reading other reviews, I can assume that immediately after the opening there were still some rough edges in the service and in the kitchen, but at the time of our visits there was no such thing. The price is average, and not some items are even low, and yes, the mark-up on alcohol in the restaurant is normal, it's not rosal. It is convenient that tips are included immediately. I would like to wish you to maintain the achieved level of service and product quality, good luck and prosperity to a worthy place in Tsandrypsh!

14.10 we visited a restaurant with my husband, I was amazed! The atmosphere in this place is simply magical. The atmosphere is so cozy that it seems as if I have fallen into a fairy tale. The service is at the highest level — the waiter Rustam with an expressive smile, blue eyes.And now about the main thing — the kitchen. That's where the real magic is! The dishes are served with love and sophistication. A real constellation of tastes! I recommend it to anyone who appreciates high-quality service and excellent cuisine.

Beyond praise. Perfect service, beautiful serving of dishes. The choice of beer is meager, but it's my problem that I only drink beer. There was no lamb cradle. We ordered a lamb, pork and chicken thigh kebab. The meat is perfect. The serving includes grilled vegetables, onions, pita bread, bulgur with vegetables. A full-fledged dish turns out. Beautiful interior. Well-maintained territory. Blankets are given out for those sitting on the veranda. The receipt includes a 10% service fee. In my opinion, the most decent and decent restaurant in the village.

Well, we finally decided to visit a new restaurant. The atmosphere is really pleasant, the courtyard is beautiful, tables are set for those who want to eat among the greenery. Inside the hall is small, but pleasant, I would like to note that there is clearly not enough comfort.... There's some kind of zoning between the tables that you want.... Or the furniture is more comfortable, otherwise you won't relax.... The feeling of rest and enjoyment does not come ... The menu is meager, for those who came hungry - the choice is so-so .... we came with a company, but everyone hardly chose to eat , well, because honestly the choice is quite small. And the bar card is also sooooo meager . We ordered mutton , we must pay tribute: the mutton was beautifully cooked !!!! I also wanted to eat something delicious, but not dessert, and there is no choice.... ( the service is decent , the waiters are friendly . the pitch is on the level , everything is nice with it ! But I can't help but note one important disadvantage, it 's very cold in the inner hall of the restaurant! It's just a freezer. I asked for a plaid , but there is no plaid !( they asked to reduce the Air conditioners - they were reduced from the third time , but it was too late , I spent a week at home with a temperature , etc. You ask , why not then sit at a table in the courtyard , if it 's so cold inside?! Yes, it's just that in the hot summer heat we had to choose from two evils ..... will we come back again?! We need to think very carefully ...... good luck to the team!!! Development !!!!!!

What a charm- we now have a great restaurant in Tsandrypsha. We were with my daughter, I liked everything: starting with the well-groomed territory in front of the restaurant building, ending with the details of the decor. And, of course, the kitchen! Masterpieces of confectionery art - these are the desserts served here. The staff was pleased with the service. A truly atmospheric place, visiting which, you stay in a great mood. The impressions are the warmest. We saw this institution on Instagram, when traveling in Abkhazia, of course, we wanted to visit it, although the reviews were not unambiguous, 50/50.
At the entrance to the territory, we are greeted by a cute figure of a cook with a menu, the territory is landscaped, pleasant music is playing, there is a choice where you can sit at the table, indoors and outdoors. The interior has a pleasant interior, comfortable seats.
The menu is not large, but you can choose something to your taste.
The staff met us and offered us free tables to choose from.
The girls, the waiters, are neat.
There are advantages to this establishment, but there are also disadvantages. ❗️❗️❗️
They work for the mass, not for the quality, there are a lot of vacationers, there is no special attention and professionalism. Perhaps in a small number of waiters. 🤔
The kitchen, yes, is not bad, author's desserts also have a place to be. 👌🏻
However, I would like to draw the staff's attention to non-standard work situations and how to act in such situations.
The child was drinking juice from a glass, the edge of the glass broke off, apparently there was a crack from the beginning. By a happy coincidence, there were no consequences, and perhaps due to the more or less understanding age of the child (5 years old) he spat out a chipped piece of glass, I don't even want to imagine what the consequences might be. 🫣
They handed the glass to the waiter, but there was no response. During the calculation, when this was pointed out, a quiet "Sorry" followed. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

We visited this institution on 02/09/2024. I would like to say right away that this is one of the most decent establishments in the entire territory of Abkhazia, starting from the interior and ending with food, and now in order.
1. We were very well received and given the right to choose a table on the terrace.
2. The waiter was very pleasant, knew the entire menu FROM BEGINNING to END, described without problems what the dishes consist of and could advise what exactly to order depending on our taste preferences. There was also an understanding of the "course" of serving dishes, which I did not meet on the territory of Abkhazia.
3. The speed of serving dishes is 10 out of 10. Alcoholic beverages (beer and champagne) were brought in 4-5 minutes, the champagne was put in an ice bucket. Snacks were brought in 10-15 minutes, hot dishes in 20-25 minutes.
4. The prices, in my personal opinion, are very low for an institution of this level. We had lunch in many places on the territory of Abkhazia, which are not even close to the level of this institution, but at the same time the price is either the same as here or higher, for example: the cost of trout on the grill here is 350 rubles per 100 grams, absolutely the same price in establishments on the beach, but not lower, somewhere even higher; Sukhum beer in a bottle costs 200 rubles, in the establishments where we were the price was from 180 to 250 rubles; tobacco chicken cost 780 rubles (if I'm not mistaken), in establishments on the beach the price is from 680 to 1100 rubles, but the difference in taste is just it is colossal, but about this in paragraph number 5.
5. The taste of the dishes is 9 out of 10. We ordered a lot of dishes, but I didn't remember all the names. The food order included: smoked meat, tobacco chicken, eggplant rolls, fried cheese, pide, dessert "White Rocks" (I wrote the names of those dishes that I remembered). Smoked meat is 7 out of 10, not everyone may like it, as it is a little dry, but the waiter warned us about it before ordering, the taste of smoking feels good, but it does not interrupt the taste of meat. Tobacco chicken - 10 out of 10, how many times have I tried tobacco chicken, but this one is beyond praise, the crust is very crispy (for people who loved to eat fried crucian carp with golden and crispy skin from their grandmother in childhood, then you should try this dish), chicken meat is very juicy, the desire to dip in sauce is not it was from the word at all. Eggplant rolls are 8 out of 10, I can say that the rolls are very tasty, nothing unusual, the rolls are exactly what they should be. Fried cheese is 6 out of 10, I did not specify in advance from the waiter what kind of cheese it was, I had the idea in my head that it was "Halumi", but no, it was completely different and I will not say what I liked. Pide - 8 out of 10, very good Turkish pizza with meat, everyone liked it. Dessert "White Rocks" is 10 out of 10, firstly - there is a separate menu for desserts, secondly - all desserts are original and cost 590 rubles (absolutely everything), appearance and taste cannot be described in words, very tasty, aesthetically pleasing and beautiful. Delicate mousse, "explosive caramel" and white chocolate, combined it's all very tasty. I would advise you to definitely try any of the desserts of this institution, as I consider them a business card.
The receipt came out about 7,600 rubles for three people, in addition to the food there were 3 bottles of beer and 2 bottles of champagne, do I think it's expensive? Absolutely not.
Is it worth visiting this institution? Definitely yes.
P.S. I read negative comments with 1 star, where exactly they describe the taste of the dishes and write about the pricing policy, I do not know where these people ate in Abkhazia, what is expensive and tasteless to them, I absolutely disagree with this, but this is my personal and subjective opinion. I wish the restaurant only prosperity and in no case lower the bar!

We came with friends to try out a new-looking, I repeat, only a beautiful-looking restaurant. The price tag is above average! To begin with, the hostess was not very friendly, we waited for the waitress, after we accepted the order, devices from 5 people brought a current of 1. We came with a child who was ordered soup, we waited for 1.30 and could not wait, the hot of the 4 ordered brought 1 cradle, to the cradle goes to bulgur and grilled vegetables. The lula is dry and slightly warm, and the vegetables with bulgur are generally cold, so it is difficult to call this dish hot , of course. Drinks: lemonade, tea and water for the child, we waited 30 minutes, water was brought only when asked several times. Hungry and upset, let's go to dinner at a more decent place! If you want to have a delicious meal, do not waste time, effort and money. One star for a really beautiful interior, but that's it.

I liked the kitchen, in principle, the service is terrible! The waitress behaved unacceptably: she rolled her eyes, looked at us as if she were the empress, and we came to her palace uninvited. In my opinion, this is unacceptable in a restaurant. The wonderful atmosphere of the restaurant was ruined by the terrible service. My husband did not like the meat that was not chewed. I didn't like hominy, but it's probably just an amateur dish. Eggplant rolls, lahmajun, dessert - very tasty!

The waiters and the receptionist are completely unfriendly, it felt like they went to their house without permission. The service is long, the water was brought only after a repeated request after 30 minutes of waiting. The food was expected for an hour, they brought only one person and a small khachapuri. We sat hungry and watched him eat. Khachapuri is mediocre, Lula's friend did not like it. We didn't have time to try anything else, because after 1.5 hours we asked for the bill. At the same time, people who ordered later already received their dishes. We ordered noodles soup for the child, but apparently they cook it right for a person, because in 1.5 hours you can cook it. There were 4 empty tables in the hall, and there were also empty tables outside. Thank you for not feeding either adults or children ... we do not recommend this institution.
The lemonade is normal. Water is 120 rubles too much…
Bottom line: we paid for what was brought in 1.5 hours (dessert was offered, but hungry people obviously did not come to eat desserts.) and they went to eat somewhere else.
