Apa Katya, a place of peace! It's very cool to take a walk to Cimbulac in the morning, and then have breakfast there on the way back. It's cozy here in any weather.
When it's sunny, you can soak up on the ottomans and let your body get vitamin D.
In the rain, you can easily warm up by the campfire or by drinking hot mulled wine.

On weekends, it can be difficult to find a place in a cafe, you have to wait. It works like this: you go to the checkout, place an order, pay, they tell you the number and then, taking a seat, you wait for your order to be shouted out, as a rule, drinks first, and then the main order. You pick it up yourself, you don't need to clean up after yourself from the table. The food is all delicious, maybe because once you get there you will have a good appetite. I recommend potatoes with mushrooms, a very satisfying dish. I walk from Medeo, the easiest walking route, even in May, ticks are not terrible, since I do not have to leave the asphalt. On the downside, you have to walk along the road, and electric cars are passing nearby, it can be dangerous, there is no separate pedestrian road.

A favorite place to relax and admire nature and beautiful mountains. Delicious pilaf and other dishes, friendly staff and a comfortable environment. It's very crowded on weekends, but that doesn't stop us from visiting regularly.

Одно из любимых мест для прогулки и отдыха. Месторасположение обалденное с красивым видом. Еда, напитки вкусные. Но картошку с грибами может стоит и поменять, просто почистить картошечку и пожарить с грибами, у вас получается это в виде чипсов, т.к. тонко нарезан картофель 😁 оригинально, конечно, но хотелось бы просто картошки домашней. Ещё небольшое замечание в сторону ребят, которые убирают столы: чтоб протирали чем то обезжиренным после людей, которые поели, а то посуду просто выбрасывают, а крошки и пятна остаются. И не только столы, но и стулья ☝🏼 Спасибо 😊

Nothing special, like all cafes of this type in the mountains, there is a queue, a long wait and the heat, there are no awnings or umbrellas. You're waiting for a place too. This is when there are a lot of people. The cheesecakes were delicious. Drinks are normally prepared. Not cheap, like everywhere else in the mountains. For example, scramble [a regular omelet or scrambled eggs] with salmon is about 4000 tenge. Pilaf is cooked by themselves in cauldrons, on the street. The view is gorgeous, everything else is three-fold, namely : the service is terrible, as in other things , many places in Almaty suffer, they are already used and tolerant ( talking and communicating with the staff does not respect themselves , it is simply useless, a waste of time), inside the cafe is shabby and not cozy, there is a round, transparent one on the street a canopy that heats up so much in the sun that there is nothing to breathe inside it, like in a sauna. So-so. It is better to take food with you and there are benches there, [on the fishing rod in front of the cafe] you can sit on the benches and have a snack., relax.

Здесь очень вкусно готовят блюда на любой вкус. Очень уютно и светло, благодоря панорамным окнам. Персонал здесь супер-вежливый. находится это замечательное заведение совсем рядом с платиной - пешком идти одно удовольствие. Очень часто здесь бываю когда шагаю до Чимбулака.

Любимейшее место куда прихожу перекусить и насладиться видом. Еда норм, цены как в городе; за персоналом следят! Есть комната для переодевания, туалеты, кафе можно посещать с животными. Есть летник, уличные пуфы, лавки. Всё супер для гор, рекомендую!

Наивкуснейший и сытный омлет, вкусные сырники, ароматный облепиховый чай (900 тг -0,3). Приятное атмосферное место. Приветливый администратор Александр всегда радушный и обязательно спросит как дела. «Спасительная» уборная))) Кафе открыто с 7 утра. Стараюсь попасть туда утром, когда народу по меньше и насладиться видом и тишиной. На площадке у кафе вас непременно встретит местный пес - добряк и постоянный обитатель этого места. Вид открывающейся через панорамные окна стоит того, чтобы хоть раз побывать здесь и заставит вас обязательно сюда вернуться.

Красивое место, вид на горы. Мало людей, тишина. Рядом источник, можно окунуться в один из двух мини-бассейнов. Еда немного разочаровала. Готовые салаты в упаковках и проч. Больше подходит для легкого перекуса. Цены при этом достаточно высокие. Но за атмосферу 5. Добраться легко на микроавтобусе от катка Медеу, проезд 700 тенге. Обратно можно пешком за час-полтора.

I was here for the first time in the summer, gaining strength after climbing the mountains. I managed just in time for the freshly cooked pilaf, although the queue was long (and for good reason, it was worth it-the pilaf is gorgeous).
There are many places to choose from both inside and outdoors. An excellent observation deck, where you can take a breath and even meditate on soft cushioned chairs 🧘♀️
