I booked a hotel for a modest price. In fact, it turned out to be the best of the budget hotels (namely hotels) out of the four that I booked. Friendly and attentive staff (by the way, we checked in a little earlier than the check-in). A decent-sized room, two types of slippers, daily cleaning, welcome cranes on the bed. Good Wi-Fi, location (near the train station, post office with ATM for international cards, shops, restaurants, cafes, bus stop).
Two tea bags every day and a welcome bottle of water. There is a washing machine - 300 yen 4.5 kg of clothes, and an automatic dryer (but I did not use the latter, everything washed in my room dried quickly).
Excellent breakfast with a varied menu - including steamed dumplings, salmon, mackerel, etc.
The room is very cozy and comfortable, I would have known in advance - I would have stayed another night.
