We lived in February 24.The location is good. There is no elevator. To the third floor with suitcases and back up the stairs. The breakfasts and the bar are very good. The pool is also good. The hotel is tired. But at the reception, we got to some girl. She doesn't speak English, they couldn't check in for an hour, she couldn't find the payment. We provided a voucher, a booking code - no way. Until the eldest came. The issue was resolved within a minute. A lot of apologies from her, but my nerves got messed up. The attitude towards tourists is like in Sochi during the Soviet era. We won't go there anymore

The hotel is fun- I recommend it! The only negative is the low tide (it was in January), in November there was no such thing in Phuket. The gym has a weak assortment. The kitchen is decent. The staff is helpful.

I hope the hotel will still have good times, although they may have already passed. Now it makes a depressing impression - the staff is not the most friendly, the territory is desolate, the breakfasts are not varied, there are technical problems in the rooms. There is something to compare in the same price category, because this hotel was the second location on the trip. In short, I do not recommend it.
