I've heard a lot of good reviews about Elena Nikolaevna Grinkevich. About her attitude towards her child patients. My son needed to heal his teeth for the first time, that's why we were waiting for the record for her 2!!! months. We were booked in at 11:30, we went into the office only at 12:00. From the doorway, we heard how we made an appointment with her, that she had told the "primary" patients not to make an appointment with her and that "her own" were enough for her. While I was making out the card, I saw "my" in the hallway and left the office for another 5-7 minutes to solve my questions. The child is waiting in the chair all the time... When she returned, she said that this was some kind of circus, that "her own" should be treated by others, and she needed to save strangers. I endured all this attitude only because the child needed to heal a tooth, and we waited so long for the record. Next, the doctor began to talk about dental hygiene, calcium intake, as well as Chondroitin and Glucosamine after 30 years (the child is 10 years old). I didn't like the reception terribly, I don't understand who put the crown on Grinkevich's head, that she allows herself such behavior towards patients.

It's a complete scam. Don't go there wrapped like a stick. Everything is put on stream. At the first appointment, they are sent to the next office for a picture. When I called to make an appointment, the administrator did not even mention to bring a panoramic picture if I have one (and I had one), the cherry on the cake was that a doctor with the surname Nakhimov, without specifying the cost of treating one tooth, drilled, put medicine and put a temporary seal sent me for a walk for two and a half weeks. When I come to the second appointment, I find out from the same doctor that my tooth will cost 400 Belarusian rubles, since there are four channels in it. "In general, this tooth costs 600 Belarusian rubles," literally his words. Looking at my picture, I realize that this is a single-channel tooth. I got up and left, I wanted to contact the management of this clinic, but they told me that they were away and they would call you back. In the evening of the same day, the administrator called back and said that the management could not contact me and offered to come and treat the tooth cheaper. Do you think I want to return to this clinic again???? It's a complete deception...

Everything went quickly, clearly and without discomfort. The equipment is modern, the pictures were clear, and the doctor explained the results in detail. I would also like to mention the friendly staff and the comfortable atmosphere in the clinic.
