Do not use this service in Almaty. The company only aims to fine you for any wrong action or even a word in the car! Read the contract carefully!!! In our country, this has not yet been developed, and they survive only thanks to fines. It will take you a long time to study the contract, of course people do not read it, and I will deduct the fine from your bank card without your knowledge.
After I booked a VW POLO, photographed ALL the damage, and started the rental, but it didn't start, and a week later I received a fine of 70,000 tenge. With a note that I left the ignition in the car, and not someone before me (after all, I was the one who couldn't start it). No evidence has been sent yet. I'm not surprised that 50% of the fleet is junk, and it's very sad that users who report problems are more likely to get a fine than those who actually crash cars. I perceive this as the cost of a weekend ticket from such a garbage service. It seems like it's time to start respecting your nerves and time and not use this service.
They were given a fine for "not closing the door." I took the car on June 17th. I drove to the airport and returned home. I put it in the same place as always. A few days later, I receive a fine of 70,000 tons due to the fact that I allegedly did not close the door and the mechanic recorded it in the morning. There is no photo/video fixation from the mechanic.
I called the penalty department, inadequate employees work there, who shout into the phone and cannot listen to the client. I was trying to find out why the fine was issued. The support employee said that the system may freeze at completion and the lease may end. And so it was, after I parked and started completing the lease - it ended immediately without complaints.
I still have photos of how I completed the lease, all the doors were closed there, and how can the system itself allow such a thing so that the client can complete the lease with the doors open.
It's complete nonsense, I've been using their services for the last half a year, I don't trust them anymore.
