The main disadvantage is the condition and completeness of the cars. It's clear that many carsharing users don't feel sorry for their rented cars either. But still, a car is not skates/skis for rent. This is a high-risk vehicle, on the condition of which the life and health of people depend. There are constant surprises here. Cars are systematically missing a spare tire, an emergency sign, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit (there was a precedent for a first-aid kit in which all medications were expired for 2-3 years). It is quite a common phenomenon - steering wheel backlash, poorly opening trunk, bad batteries, lack of washing liquid for windows, partially serviceable lighting fixtures, transmission problems. If we compare with other carsharing services (Hello, Multimotors), then Anytime has the worst t/s condition. Please ask Anytime employees to take a closer look at these issues, conduct an audit of the t/s, and equip them with everything necessary.

I mainly use hello and multimotors, as the anytime app is less convenient. I had to take anytime. I completed the lease, the audio confirmation is something like "the lease is completed, it remains to take a picture of the car." I took pictures of the car 2 times, nothing happened. I closed the app and left, as I had previously clicked the end lease button (before the photo).
