Rough communication.
They couldn't diagnose the laptop, didn't open it, and from the doorway they told me to change the matrix simply based on my words about the stripes on the screen. As a result: I ran away from there, replaced the train in Minsk)
It's a very strange place, it looks like a barrack. I don't know who in their right mind would "fix" something there.
P.S. It's funny how the owner writes to any negative review that it's either a competitor or you didn't come to them at all. It feels like most of the positive reviews are written by the owner's friends. Circus)
