Good afternoon to all travelers planning to relax and admire the beauties of Tashkent. We have been staying at this hotel for many years as a family, Anvar is a young, friendly, trouble-free host, will meet you on arrival, feed you breakfast with fruits and delicious coffee, help you exchange currency, tell you about excursions, help you buy tickets to Bukhara, Samarkand, by agreement can take you to Chervak, to the mountains, to the cable car the hotel is located near the Cosmonauts metro station, you can easily get to any market in a straight line, and to the Water Park, TV Tower, Pilaf Center, zoo, Magic City Park with attractions and singing fountains, cafes within walking distance from the hotel, as well as near the cafe "Angir" the most popular in Tashkent... The hotel has a homely atmosphere, cleanliness and order, everything is available for living and recreation, the rooms are always cool with air conditioning, free access for tourists, bottles of water, you can freely use the kitchen, and the washing machine, and the Internet.. Canaries chirp in the morning... Many thanks to Anwar and his assistants for the rest with pleasure..
A great guest house, with a friendly and welcoming host. Good location. We had a very small 20 sq.m. The bathroom and toilet were larger in area than the room)))
The mattresses on the bed were hard for us, the sides had lain down for 3 nights. The breakfasts are great , but the same every day , only the pastries change. we left early for Bukhara around 6.30 , where the owner made us breakfast specially! well done. Wi-Fi is stable and fast, they have SIM cards on sale, and we were immediately given registration. payment in any currency.
This year we stayed with Anwar for the third time, for a longer time, for a week. Convenient, comfortable, well-equipped kitchen-dining room. Wonderful breakfasts, complemented by the freshest national pastries and seasonal fruits. Excellent Wi-fi. But the main thing is the attitude towards the guests! Superhospitality!
All unexpected problems in a foreign country (and we had a business trip) are solved by Anwar at once)). And in general, Anwar is an interesting conversationalist. He speaks several languages fluently (there are many tourists from all over Europe and Asia). And the female staff
are very responsible and friendly. If we went to Tashkent again, of course we would stay only here!
Good location, good neighborhood. Not far from the center, near the metro. The renovation is not new, but it is sooo clean, delicious breakfasts. The hosts and staff are friendly and friendly. An atmospheric place, I definitely wanted to come back.
A great place to stay. The owner, Anwar, will always tell you the necessary information and help you solve a lot of issues. He can arrange a trip to the mountains. Excellent breakfasts.
A hospitable host. A very cozy courtyard. Delicious breakfasts. All the walls in the room are covered with mirrors. I think this decision is a bit strange. Moreover, one mirror is broken and taped. But in the same room there is an excellent shower. The owner is well done! We arrived two hours ahead of the check-in time and left an hour and a half after the check-out time (that's how the flights were). Everything is fine. Welcoming. Right in front of the house there is a great, normal priced restaurant. Cozy neighborhoods around. If we go back to Tashkent, we will be happy to return to Anwar.

Excellent guest house in the city center in the private sector. The booking has a rating of 9.3. The rooms are newly renovated. Delicious breakfast. There is a coffee machine (coffee beans). The owner is super, he will explain everything, help. In general, the atmosphere is homely. In the kitchen, you can have lunch, dinner, take dishes, cook tea for yourself, and warm it up in the microwave. You can wash your clothes for a small fee. Very quiet area. Cosmonauts metro station is a 10-minute walk away. The supermarket Basket is also 7-10 minutes on foot. Severny railway station (also known as the central one) is 10 minutes by taxi, 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. Almost opposite the guest house there is a large cafe with national cuisine, delicious pilaf, open until late in the evening. You can buy a Beeline SIM card from the owner (this is usually difficult for foreigners, you need to go to the operator's head offices). Almost always, when in Tashkent, I stay here. Foreigners often live here from all over the world.
A wonderful hotel!Very nice and sincere hosts who are always ready to help in everything..!Wonderful rooms.., very tasty and hearty breakfasts!Anwar is a very cheerful, kind, generous and helpful hotel owner! And we were also lucky to meet his wonderful mother Delia and sister Feruza..))Thank you all very much for a wonderful stay in your cozy hotel!😊🤗
The staff is very friendly. Now these are renovated rooms and comfortable accommodation, everything is clean and tidy. Surprisingly close accommodation to the city center, there are excursions. The numbers are available for any wallet. I recommend you to check in! Thank you for a pleasant time)
The room is spacious, but the floor creaks with a lot of uncomfortable passages on iron stairs. The room was cold. Problems with hot water. It's a good thing I'll never be there again.
friendly and hospitable staff, delicious breakfasts (albeit monotonous) at the common table - easy to chat with other guests, clean room, good bed linen.
Convenient location: within walking distance of the metro, a couple of shops, a coffee shop, a museum of applied arts.
A wonderful guesthouse, a peculiar configuration of the rooms inside, but very cozy) the staff is sociable and friendly, hearty breakfasts (as everywhere in Uzbekistan))), good coffee (this is super important to me)))), clean, homely. Minus-hard beds)))))
The best guest house for the entire trip to Uzbekistan!
Located 10 minutes walk from the Cosmonauts metro station (1400 sums ~ 10 rubles), taxi to the center and the nearest attractions 10-20 thousand sums ~ 70-140 rubles per minute☝🏼
Nice people, delicious seasonal fruits, make coffee at any time of the day. Spacious room, large beds, two pillows (room with 2 separate beds for 2 people)!
The breakfast is hearty, there are trestles in the courtyard, a balcony and tables with chairs, a lot of greenery and canaries chirping)
This hotel is more promoted on booking, sorry, those people who stayed in this guest house don't want to offend you, but it's not worth it. In the kitchen , where all the guests have flies for breakfast , you could tell the Velcro from flies , there are no breakfasts . There is no hood in the bathroom, there is a window in the wall and the one that rests against some kind of brick wall. If you sit down on the toilet , I 'm sorry for the details , you run into the wall . For a month I scolded this guest house in order to get the most crappy room ? The location of this house is very far from the center , the metro is also not close . I have something to compare with, we were in Samarkand and also lived in another apartment in Tashkent. The only plus is the host himself and his hospitality . But, again, he is rarely at home.
Great place!!! the staff is polite, friendly) the room is clean, everything you need is in the room 👍 the location is convenient. Breakfast is included in the price. The hotel owner himself even helped to buy tickets to Samarkand and Bukhara. He told me where to go there, he just paved the way for a self-guided tour! 👍 Suggested which hotel is convenient to stay there)
A chic hotel , the rooms are clean and cozy , the staff is very , very pleasant!!! This is the place where you want to return.
Thanks a lot to Anwar and all the hotel staff.
A great hotel with an excellent, sincere host who instantly solves all issues. I made a tour itinerary, ordered hotels, paid with Akbar's card (special thanks to him), our mir card did not work, and returned the money for the days of departure for the tour, although our things remained there, it's just amazing! The feeling that you are at home) the room is clean, you can use the kitchen at any time, everything is there. Thank you Anwar again, I recommend it.
Everything is very good. Everything you need is there. The location is convenient. The breakfast is hearty and delicious. Friendly hosts. Value for money and location in the private sector not far from the center and metro.
A peculiar hotel, so cozy and homely...The staff is friendly, the area is calm.Tashkent City at 10 min.,Magic City at 6 min.by taxi....The Deluxe Family Ball Room has two rooms, large and cozy...The owner is super....
A cool family hotel. We felt at home. Excellent staff, helped with everything, prompted. Thanks a lot to Anwar, he helped with the train tickets. I advise everyone, it's a great location.
A great family hotel. The staff is very friendly. The owner of the hotel Anwar is a sympathetic, sincere, pleasant person. The hotel is clean, cozy, and peaceful at home.
A small, cute hotel with lots of mirrors in the courtyard, greenery and parrots). The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and amenities. Excellent hospitable hosts, they will always tell you, treat you to delicious food and advise you where to visit. Glamorous divas have nothing to do here - you go to chain hotels!)) It's nice to enjoy the local flavor here. I'll come back here if possible.
A cozy and comfortable hotel. Great service, staff and delicious breakfasts. The hotel is located in a quiet area, within walking distance of shops, cafes, parks, metro. The owner of the kindest soul is a person who is ready to help with any questions
The best hotel in Tashkent😍
My friend stayed there for 10 days. The interior is chic, reminiscent of the "Burrow" of the Weasley family from "Harry Potter", but in an oriental style. Through-flight stairs, neat rooms. The young man at the reception is very professional and polite. I came to my friend's house regularly and always liked it very much. She was absolutely delighted too
Excellent location, delicious breakfasts with desserts and fruits, a cozy room with a TV and a refrigerator, a combined bathroom, a sauna. Thanks to Anwar for his hospitality and a great mood for a good rest! Everything is clean, decent, acceptable. I definitely recommend this hotel. Excellent price-quality ratio.
My review is on Booking, near the metro, walked to the subway even late, number 6, matched the photo and description, liked everything, the breakfasts are very decent for the money, more fruit, pastries and coffee beans
Everything is fine. Clean spacious room: hair dryer, soap, shampoo. The room was warm in November. Very tasty breakfasts: fried eggs with sausage, delicious coffee beans from the coffee machine, green tea, sweets, fruits, yogurt. Friendly hosts. Convenient location near the metro station.
Great location: metro nearby, shops nearby, cafes too.
The guest House is large, lots of greenery, the room has everything that was stated. The staff is attentive and sociable.
Thanks a lot)
It was my first time in Tashkent, but I visited many places and was shocked by the discrepancy between the description and reviews of the Anvar's Guests hotel, Tashkent, and the rough reality.
Anvar's Guests Hotel is located in Tashkent, 3.6 km from the city center - it just doesn't say that you have to walk 1 km from the hotel to the metro through an unlit private sector, the streets of which have no sidewalks, I was lucky enough to walk in rainy weather, so I got the pleasure of being sprayed to the fullest. Along roads without sidewalks, uncovered drainage ditches are laid along the streets with a width and depth of forty centimeters, so you have to be very careful. Buses do not run along the street where the hotel is and nearby ones, only taxis.
The online grocery store "Korzinochka" with a very large assortment is located near the metro. The nearby stall at the hotel has only a standard set of yogurts, gazvody and chocolates.
The four-bed Deluxe Family Room is a very large two-room hotel, about 65m2. And that's where the advantages end. It is located on the third floor. The passage to it through the galleries and stairs. It is very inconvenient with suitcases.
The view from one window of the room is on a vertical wall two meters away, from the other window – on the gallery where the residents walk. I had to keep the window closed with curtains.
There are clearly not enough outlets in the room. There are no sockets near the beds. One is behind the door, the second one has a refrigerator and a TV.
The lighting of the rooms in such areas is clearly insufficient. Single–lamp sconces are located under the ceiling, to turn on the sconces, you need to stand with your feet on the bed or on the only chair in the room. The LED bulbs of the chandeliers are dim.
In a single chiffonier (for a quadruple room) there were only 5 hangers. There are no disposable slippers.
There are no mugs, spoons, saucers, teapot.
There is free Wi-Fi, and there are several networks to choose from. But any network allowed only barely browsing the Internet, but not video files or working on a laptop remotely.
The bathroom has only two liter bottles of shampoo and liquid soap from the "free toiletries".
Toilet paper was provided on request. The room was not cleaned during the stay. The bag from the trash can was put out on the terrace in the morning, otherwise the garbage will still be in the bucket.
"Amazing breakfasts." A basement-type dining room for 15-20 people, two tables. The breakfast menu is constant. A sausage with one or two fried eggs and a jar of yogurt, a kettle with brewed tea – this is for everyone. On the table for everyone there are plates with pieces of melon, persimmons, grapes, sweet sherbet, liter jars of juice. There is a cereal dispenser on the counter. The assortment has not changed in a week. On the third day, we didn't go to breakfast anymore. By the way, when we left early in the morning for an excursion to Samarkand and when we also left Tashkent early in the morning, no one offered us a dry breakfast, although I asked the hostess about it the night before. She replied – look at what is in the kitchen and take it…
In no way can I speak ill of the owner of the hotel, Anwar. Lovely, smiling and always ready to help. Upon arrival, he opened the front door of the hotel at three o'clock in the morning, escorted us to the room, gave us free drinking water with him. There are no complaints about him.
But, with all due respect to the host, Anvar's Guests is not a hotel, it's a hostel. If I had read a review like mine when searching for a hotel in Tashkent, I would have chosen another place to stay.
And Tasheknt itself and Samarkand are beautiful. I swear to a bigger sork for sure!
April 2023
Positive:
there is a refrigerator in the room, air conditioning, bathroom and shower.
Breakfasts are symbolic: a couple of eggs and a nipple, sweets, strawberries, tea, coffee.
Cons: it's cold in the room at night, the panels on the ceiling come off, which creates noise, noise insulation is at zero
The staff needs to be asked what is needed.
The cost justifies itself by 250%.
You can pay through the Golden Crown. Clean bathroom, hair dryer, refrigerator, TV, shampoo and liquid soap without restrictions. Excellent breakfasts, downstairs there is a kitchen with almost round-the-clock access. The host will help with all questions. There is a cafe nearby and even an alcohol store. Cosmonauts Metro Station is a 15-minute walk away.
Of course, the renovation leaves much to be desired. But for such a price, I repeat, excellent.
I really liked it here! Friendly hosts, delicious (free) breakfasts, silence, beauty and birdsong. It is cozy as at home, everything you need (from a hair dryer to a kettle) is in the room or in the shared kitchen. My impressions are more than positive, I would like to come back here)
Great quiet place, good host. Everything you need in the room is there: refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, good plumbing. Cosmonauts metro station is 950m away. There is a supermarket and a liquor store nearby. Good coffee for breakfast. I recommend
A beautiful cozy house in mahal. Kind, friendly host and staff. The rooms are large, clean, well-groomed and homely. There is a courtyard and balconies on the floors where you can sit and relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. Delicious breakfasts, the dining room is always open, and you can warm up food, make tea or coffee. Anwar, thank you for your hospitality, we will come to you soon!!!👍👍👍👍👍
An atmospheric institution! The owner Anwar is always happy to help in any situation, even if it's night and there are no local bags! Tell me where to exchange! Breakfast is just a BOMB!!! We were looking for the same baklava as anwar's at breakfast and did not find it (You will be in Tashkent, be sure to visit anwar!
Thanks for the hospitality
I have never met a better host than Anwar in my life!!! He will help everyone, tell them everything, explain, and worry about everyone. I was in October without warm clothes, so Anwar gave me a warm wide stole on my shoulders and even offered me a jacket. The rooms are clean, the kitchen is shiny, the girls are well done, neat. The bathroom is cleaned daily, soap and a portion shampoo are put in every morning. Breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausage, bread, pastries, juice, tea, yogurt and fruits. I'll be back here again!
