I chose and paid for this guest house on the "Island". I flew all night. From Serbia with a transfer to Bulgaria. I arrived at the address. Tired. The hostess reluctantly let me in, refused to check in earlier (although there is such a service on the website). There is a pile of all unnecessary things in the reception area, dust, stuffiness, disorder, but the main thing is an inadequate, unfriendly hostess in a frayed dressing gown. She's just sick in the head! She said she would change her clothes and take me for a walk before checking in, asked me to wait 5 minutes. I'm waiting for 5, 10, and 25 minutes. She's gone! I looked at which door she went out and looked in. The hostess is lying down, she is getting a massage. I didn't get up! I kept waiting, because I couldn't get out without the keys. Brazen and unscrupulous! I travel a lot, but there has never been such an attitude, such a reception! I made a remark to her, went to the city. I came to check in in the evening, as I was leaving for the city of Seracusa. It was getting dark. A foreign country, a foreign city, She put my suitcase out the door and that's it! She closed the door. I was offended by the remark . I stayed outside! Yes.I found a place nearby without any problems, but ... such rudeness and arrogance is inexcusable! I do not recommend this house/dust collector and this senile old woman to anyone. I was pleased in the end that she refused me, because when I saw her and the reception room, I was thinking: How am I going to live here for 4 nights?! How will I live!? God has mercy🙏,
