The salon where I really feel like in Moscow…
Staff, professionalism, speed., atmosphere.
The interior is very pleasant. The interior is seasoned. The staff is friendly.
It's amazing to even read negative reviews about the salon. I have only good impressions.
Thank you girls
It's hard to imagine a worse service and salon.
At first, the administrator communicates nicely, and after providing a low-quality service, they set the cost higher (previously announced!) and instead of finding a way out, they block the client, not to mention apologies and recognition of their incompetence.
I strongly do not recommend it!
THIS salon is clearly NOT up to the stated level!
I wish the managers to reconsider their approach to work and engage in the development and training of employees!
Terrible service, attitude towards customers.
Today I visited this salon for the first time. Very pleasant emotions were aroused by the masters: friendly receptionist Alina, manicure master Aigerim and hairdresser Gulnara. The prices are above market, but very fast and professional work is worth the money spent. The cabin has a very calm atmosphere, thanks to the correct arrangement of workplaces, no one interferes with each other, even I was immersed for a moment in watching the scenery on the TV screen. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to clean up in peace.
I've never had a worse haircut. To begin with, the master has never asked about the comfort of the water during washing. My only wish was that my hair should be gathered in a ponytail. The master did something like that, after which it took six months to grow back to the tail.
From the hour that I spent in the chair, 40 minutes of aggressive styling, like at graduation, which I did not ask for at all.
Surprisingly, the master worked without an apron and was covered with hair clippings.
An unscrupulous salon! They record it at a cheap price and say another amount when the service has already been rendered without warning! They ignore it and don't even feel guilty, don't set foot here anymore.
