I recently visited your store hoping to buy a bed. However, my experience was overshadowed by the consultant's service.
Unfortunately, the consultant demonstrated a complete lack of interest in my needs. The questions were asked reluctantly, and the answers were monosyllabic and uninformative. Instead of helping me navigate the product range and find the best solutions, the consultant seemed to be doing everything possible to avoid communication.
I understand that not all clients are ready to buy right away, but it is a professional consultant who can turn a casual visitor into a loyal customer. In my case, the opposite happened. I left the store with a clear feeling that I was not welcome here.
