Before that, I bought chargers in other offline stores, there were no problems with the return. Just in case, I went to the xiaomi brand store to check the unit that I bought from this company. It turned out that there are different types of protocols for charging at 67w and the cables themselves, so this particular charge charges for an hour and a half, i.e. this is the norm specifically for it. There are other xiaomi units also at 67w and with the right cable they charge in 50 minutes. Just in case, I asked them in the Xiaomi store if I could return the charger if it did not fit me, without signs of wear, to which I received a positive response. I also found information on the Internet where it is clearly written that the charger does not belong to complex technical goods and can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase without traces of use.
The store refuses to refund the money for the product and take it back to itself, wasting time and suing them is an additional cost of money and time, it is not worth it in my case for charging for 130 BYN. So think a thousand times about whether you should order this product from this company, which believes that everything that is inserted into the outlet is a sophisticated product and cannot be returned :) I recommend going to the Xiaomi brand store, where the prices are the same, as it turned out
Of the smart sellers, there is only one employee, both the manager and the acting director. The goods have not been received , the money has been paid , the employee cannot answer any questions , they have filed a lawsuit against them .
