He owned a Xiaomi redmi note 11 pro 5g phone, which included a 67w charge. I bought myself a Samsung galaxy s24 ultra, but since there is no charging unit included with this phone, I had to use a Xiaomi unit. The 67w unit charged my Samsung s24 ultra in 50 minutes, very fast. While I was selling Xiaomi, I used this charger, but I had to give it away when I found a buyer for xiaomi. I decided to buy myself a separate 67w unit from xiaomi and turned to this store for a purchase. The order was delivered, all without question. When checking, it turned out that the new 67w unit also charges the phone for 1.5 hours. I decided to return this unit back to the store because I need a unit that charges in 50 minutes, which was refused. Before that, I bought chargers in other offline stores, there were no problems with the return. Just in case, I went to the xiaomi brand store to check the unit that I bought from this company. It turned out that there are different types of protocols for charging at 67w and the cables themselves, so this particular charge charges for an hour and a half, i.e. this is the norm specifically for it. There are other xiaomi units also at 67w and with the right cable they charge in 50 minutes. Just in case, I asked them in the Xiaomi store if I could return the charger if it did not fit me, without signs of wear, to which I received a positive response. I also found information on the Internet where it is clearly written that the charger does not belong to complex technical goods and can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase without traces of use. The store refuses to refund the money for the product and take it back to itself, wasting time and suing them is an additional cost of money and time, it is not worth it in my case for charging for 130 BYN. So think a thousand times about whether you should order this product from this company, which believes that everything that is inserted into the outlet is a sophisticated product and cannot be returned :) I recommend going to the Xiaomi brand store, where the prices are the same, as it turned out

We bought the goods . 07/28/2024 by bank transfer , the goods were not shipped , the money is not returned , there are always excuses . We have filed a complaint with the tax service , we are waiting for a response

Идеальное обслуживание, быстрое реагирование Позвонили через одну секунду после того, как оформил заказ (забрать можно было в тот же день, что я и сделал). Нужного товара в наличии не было (как и в других местах) сразу подобрали мне нужный аналог, который по характеристикам оказался даже лучше того, который был нужен, сделали скидку. Когда забирал товар, рассказали всю информацию о нужной мне линейке оборудования! После выхода из офиса ощущал себя уверенным знатоком данного вопроса! Обязательно обращусь к данному продавцу еще раз!
