They did not answer my comments on where and how they checked the departure time and why they did not agree in advance. They promised that the transfer would arrive in 20 minutes, the driver was having breakfast somewhere, then another 10 minutes, the finale of the story, the car was canceled for us... having said that, either +20 minutes more or order a taxi yourself.
