A message and a photo of the car are sent to the Whats App. This time we waited for the luggage for a very long time, we thought that the car would leave, but the driver waited for us, helped us carry the things. The drivers don't speak Russian, but there were no problems. We communicated with the manager via the Internet (mail or WhatsApp) in Russian. The cars were always provided in good condition, the salons were clean, and there was an armchair for the child. Water is provided (free of charge). We paid in cash at the end of the trip. I think we will still use it ourselves and recommend it to friends.
