A good comfortable business center, multifunctional. I am glad that there is a medical center, a corner of a coffee shop, a kazpost, several notaries, etc. It was possible to add a self-service coffee shop to the ground floor. It would be cool to grab a coffee and go up to the office without wasting time 👍

There is no parking, no parking!!! There is always a traffic jam, going there every day is a complete quest! 2-lane street, help cars are on the emergency stop, because there is no parking, hence the terrible congestion! The business center itself is old, battered!
