Then the funds will "hang up" somewhere, then something else will happen. And the last time they just disappeared from the card account (and I'm not the only one). In the beginning, they promised to find and return everything, and then they just started saying that the application would take 15 days to be considered. No one can answer anything (this is, by the way, the bank's working style). They always promise to call back, the last time two employees promised at one time, but no one called back. The card is opened for six months (this is not hyperbole), then the statement is made for two weeks. The balance and transactions in the app may disappear. Everything is very murky. Every time you have to go to the DIGITAL bank in person, often to no avail.
Upd. The money was found in a couple of weeks. If possible, I would add half a point to the score.
