Irresponsible, unprofessional service in this store.
We ordered a bouquet of five gypsophila twigs, for the wedding anniversary, on September 3. We were told that they did not work on Sunday, we agreed to pick up the flowers on Saturday, September 2. When we arrived to pick it up, we were told that there would be no bouquet.
The reason is, yesterday was knowledge day, and all the flowers that were sold to the students.
What do you mean, you gave the bouquet by pre-order to someone else?
Although, last year we ordered a wedding bouquet from this seller, when there was still no such store, from the same gypsophiles, also on pre-order, and there were no problems. Perhaps because at that time it was still a wedding bouquet, and they did not want to clean up the consequences.But I know for sure that last year they could not withstand the influx of customers by September 1, And people who ordered bouquets for their children were left without flowers.
Result.Conclusions.
1. Incompetent management, incompetent staff. The employees did not even think to inform the customer with the pre-order that there would be no bouquet, so that he would not waste his time and would not go to your store. They just threw up their hands when the buyer had already arrived for the bouquet.
2. The seller, the organizer of this flower shop, is doubly incompetent. Knowing the problems of the past year, I did not take into account my mistakes, did not rethink my actions. And it all happened again. Again, the day of knowledge, again there were not enough flowers.
3. From now on, as a buyer, I will be more attentive to the selection of a permanent flower seller, for myself and my family. And this store will be clearly blacklisted. As well as the seller in general.
