4 stars is probably the norm for such a service in Asia. We booked the most expensive room with an ocean view. Upon arrival, we found that our view was completely covered by a concrete wall. There was an extension there. Do not agree to check in before the 6th floor. After changing the bed linen, we found holes, the tables were not wiped during cleaning, the bathtub was not washed. There is simply no way to get into the rooftop pool. All the time local tourists with children (the pool is very small). The English-speaking staff didn't understand us anyway. At an early departure, breakfast was tempered, it was brought to us in bucks in the lobby (40 minutes delay). In general, if you really want service, then not to this hotel, if you are ready for Asian service, but it will be fine.
