We were met very ungraciously - with the words pay everything at once (almost a month in advance), and then all the conversations, including the toilet after a five-hour move from Almaty.. We offered to pay for a week, but they told us that it was either all or nothing. Knowing firsthand that in such a situation, nothing good should be expected, we decided to change the place, especially since the Koktem grant was empty. Upon learning about this, they tried to drive us out into the street at 37C in the shade (two children of 3 and 8 years old).

Great place! Everything is very clean and comfortable. Everything that we additionally needed was provided to us without any problems. A full-fledged studio apartment. It is very convenient with children - there is a kitchen.

The fire hotel is not even a guest house, but an entire apartment for the price of a hotel with a separate kitchen and a full-fledged refrigerator. I was very pleased with the cleanliness, including plumbing. There is a parking lot and it is guarded, this is important because it is difficult to find a parking space in the city.

The hotel, it's better not! Cozy, clean, warm, bright, you feel at home! There are no foreign smells! Clean bed and towel, cold, hot water! The faucets are working properly.I would like to thank you separately for the warm welcome and hospitality. I highly recommend it!
