I didn't make a fuss and just asked for a new clean bowl, pointing, showing the reason literally with my "finger". They brought me a new bowl, I poured it, and I saw exactly the same picture. Fat felt very good in the bathroom from the tea in my bowl. I finished my meal calmly, I didn't touch the tea. No more foot in this institution.
