A place where rest brings pleasure. Nice swimming pool,hammam, Finnish sauna. Friendly staff, everything is clean and cozy. There is a gym for sports enthusiasts. I recommend.

Nice place, the pool is clean and warm. Two saunas, a Turkish hammam and just a hammam. Massage therapists are right there. You can eat delicious, a wonderful place. I recommend.

A chic hotel: delicious food, excellent rooms and service. SPA, as an addition to a full rest, is an additional bonus. Additional services are expensive, you can find a massage not far from the hotel at times cheaper, but overall the impressions are the most positive!

Wonderful memories of this hotel and, of course, the SPA. Very clean, neat. Swimming pool, baths, towels and bathrobes crisp with cleanliness, warmth. I didn't want to leave and leave. But now we know how good it is here. Thank you and see you soon!!!

It smells like sewage in a Turkish bath
Two Finnish baths in the same style.
Very sparse for a spa center.
It was possible to accommodate a small number of pairs, but with the best quality of performance and a wide variety.
Rijos expected more from the hotel!
*I would advise you to see the spa center in the NSK Aquapark or in the MSK aquapark "Moreon"

Nice hotel, but expected better. The room had a worn table and chairs. In the bathroom, the quality of the renovation does not match the level of the hotel. It is clear that the hotel is not new, but maintain the condition, keep the brand. Breakfast can't be said to be WOW either. Summary: the hotel is not bad, but you need to maintain the quality at the level of the entire network. At the entrance, the guard checks the bottom of the car for explosives, but does not look into the trunk. What is this but a show-off?

Don't set foot here anymore! All the staff doesn't give a damn about the customers. It's not pleasant to be there. When buying the certificate, no one said that hats were needed, as a result, I had to buy them on the spot for 3600 tenge per piece! Disposable slippers were sold for 2500tg.
You go into a large spa and go figure out for yourself where that is because there was no excursion on the part of the administrator. There were no towels or sheets to sit in the baths, we accidentally saw them in a dirty basket and decided to ask if we were supposed to get them, because sitting on stones and boards is somehow so-so, which of course they brought them to us, but we should not ask for them. A small cup of tea 1500tg, by the way, in other spas it is offered for free. Peeling is done in a shared hammam, the three of you are lying on the same stone with complete strangers, it's just not hygienic.
And the guys, the managers, have been writing bad reviews about the staff since 2018. This is not normal.
