It's a good 4, for Europeans. Russian russians are few, the food is excellent, the staff is friendly, most speak Russian, the hotel is small right on the beach, but there is actually no beach, the rock is covered with sand that is eroding. But there is an alternative, the pier and the neighboring beaches are 50 m to the right and 300 m to the left. Cleaning every day with a change of towels, bed linen every three days. Hello everyone I just returned from Alanya (Anitas Hotel).
If you want to relax in a relatively calm, varied way, the hotel is an excellent choice. Good location of the hotel, almost exactly in the middle of Alanya and Konakli. Everywhere it is fashionable to get by public transport on your own and somewhere on foot, if you like to walk and see different places and surroundings.
The beach of the hotel is panton. It's great to jump and dive from it. You can go down the stairs. The water is wonderful. Go left over the breakwater and the super sandy beach. The same way to the right.
The rooms are spacious, with beds and mattresses.
The hotel staff deserves special praise, attention and customer orientation at the highest level. 👍👍👍 5+
The territory of the hotel is small, but very compact, comfortable, no one interferes with each other, everything is conveniently located.
The food is great. 24/7.))) Try Ayran -it's a bomb. There is always something to eat, varied, delicious, everything is fresh, there are 5+++ dishes, excellent service.

In August 2024, I was vacationing at the Anitas Hotel.
I read various reviews and went with caution, but as it turned out, I was afraid in vain, the hotel is wonderful!
Very friendly and helpful staff, good food, non-intrusive animation, clean, not shabby rooms, all appliances, although not new, but in working condition, there is a hair dryer, the air conditioner worked properly. The room was cleaned daily, clean, towels were changed without problems, there is always water in the refrigerator, three Russian channels are shown on television.
I arrived at the hotel at ten o'clock in the morning, was immediately fed breakfast, about an hour and a half later I was checked into a room, I was lucky - a room with a sea view. The territory is small, but everything is there for a good rest.
Special thanks to Nadezhda for aqua aerobics, this is the brightest impression for me!
Of course, there are some disadvantages - beach towels are changed for a fee, free Internet is only downstairs in the lobby, a rocky factory in the sea, sun beds by the pool must be occupied early in the morning. But I read about it and was ready for it, and it didn't bother me. A good entry into the sea is literally fifty meters to the right, sun beds should be occupied in advance in five-star hotels.
In general, the hotel is very good, a great combination of price and quality!
I want to go back there next year!

A family friendly hotel. There are no loud discos here, but there is a warm and friendly staff. I'm coming back here as a family. The food is delicious, the sea is right next to you, the views from the room to the sea are simply fabulous. The animators are wonderful! I fly here every year because the price is pleasant and the quality suits me. We get to know someone here every year and all meet in turn at the same place. You come - all your own!

Nice hotel , quiet and peaceful. The sea is within walking distance , the food is excellent . The staff is polite, although they do not cook well in Russian, but this is not critical, they try very hard, cleaning the room every day with and without tea. 70-80% are Germans and Poles , there are very few Russians in the hotel .

The food is round the clock!!! the hotel is on the first line, you can swim from a pontoon, 50 meters from the sandy beach...

It took almost 3 hours to get from the airport. We had a rest in October. The hotel positions itself as a 4-star, but it's only a 3-star. There is practically no animation. I didn't even realize who was the animator at the hotel. The rooms are very tired. They cleaned poorly, the floors were not washed, the mirrors were not cleaned. Shampoo, shower gel and other disposable buns are not available. There is soap in the diffuser. Towels were changed and the bed was made. A warm blanket is like in a reserved carriage. The only plus is the sea nearby. Super first line. We swam from the pier, at the neighboring hotel there is a good sandy beach, we sometimes went there to swim. According to the food, you can choose, but the choice is not big. One kind of meat, one kind of fish. Many who came to the hotel and expected more - started drinking more alcohol - and the claims seemed to remain in the background. In general, if you do not expect a good four, but go for the sake of the sea, then OK. You can pay extra for the view of the sea from the room, then you will fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the sea.

Pay to pay.
It's just terrible. Don't get fooled by good reviews.
The hotel is not that tired, it's just old. The rooms are shabby, the shower cabin is sooo small and when washing you always beat against it, no one in the reviews writes that there is no shower gel, so forget about the standard set: soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, take everything you own. In the shower there is only shampoo in the dispenser and hand soap near the washbasin. Our hair was answered that shampoo can be used as a shower gel. Well, yes, let's call everything that foams shower gel.
They are cleaned very poorly, and the railing (only the middle) and the glass (only the bottom) and the ashtray will be wiped with one rag. I watched while they cleaned the room with a sea view.
There was mold in the shower.
Wi-Fi is paid. Free is only available in the lobby, so everyone hangs out there in the evening.
There are a lot of Germans and Poles in the hotel because the hotel costs them many times less than for Russians.
The beach is not a beach, the entrance to the sea is a slab, the normal entrance is only from the pier or go to the beaches in neighboring hotels.

The food is delicious, but monotonous.

The first time we went on vacation to Turkey, to a 4* hotel, we were very worried about the price increase. Excellent dinners on Fridays with seafood, also on Tuesdays on Turkish night, there are a lot of different fruits! In general, the variety is not great, but there is always something to eat and it is very tasty!!! A great pool bar and a snake bar, which has a snack around the clock. The staff is mostly very good!!! Of the small disadvantages, there are no air conditioners in the hotel, except for the rooms, and not many tired rooms, old plumbing, a small shower stall, but these are all small things, the main thing is the sea, and it's right in front of you)!!!!! We went around all the beaches nearby, our favorite is the beach at the Aria hotel) also a little further away from it is a super wild turtle beach, but there is not a safe descent and ascent to it.

Great hotel. Small, cozy, everything is at hand. Right on the seashore, there is a pier. Minimum of children (this is important for me). The rooms are cleaned every day for 5+, the food is excellent. Very helpful staff. Animators are just fire. In the evening there is a place to walk, shops and pharmacies are all nearby. Suitable for those who want a relaxing holiday. I go there in October, the weather is super and the sea is very warm.

Our first trip to Turkey was to this hotel. We had a rest from July 8 to July 15, 2023. After our sea - paradise! There is a lot of food, the food is delicious, fruits are always available, there is more choice for breakfast and lunch. The staff is friendly, the room is clean, the area is good. Yes, the entrance to the sea is stones. We went to the nearby beach - no one kicked us out, and you can swim from your own pier, neither I nor the child can swim, we swam perfectly from the pier with a pillow and armbands. I read in the reviews that they were not allowed to take food out of the restaurant. I always took fruits to the beach for my child: 2 apples or 2 pears, or a plate of apricots; they took cakes to the room and never told us anything. I'm happy with the hotel. The rest was a success!

We just returned from the Anitas hotel, vacationing with a friend and children. Good 4.Food, snacks,ice cream, waffles,ayran-there has always been and without restrictions.The rooms are old, but clean and the cleaning is 5. There is no beach as such, we swam from the pier.It was possible to enter the water from the beach of another hotel, no one forbade.The contingent of pensioners is 60+, young people will be bored.There are a lot of Germans.There is nothing for children. Animations: aqua aerobics, pilatos,darts, bocce.In the evening, different groups were brought, then discos. They don't have a DJ and the music is all in the 60+ style.A bus takes you to Konakla and Alanya directly from the hotel 3 times a day. There is not much place to walk around the hotel. We were satisfied, but we won't come back here anymore, it's a little boring.

We are resting at the hotel now - a decent hotel: clean, I like the location, attitude, food - thanks to the cook - delicious and high quality. One minus is VERY loud music in the evening - our windows overlook the sea and even with the door closed, the brain takes out, and up to 24 hours!!! Rooms with sea views are more expensive by $ 65 - they paid extra and received unbearable living conditions. We asked the lobby manager to turn down the sound or limit the time - turn off the music after 23 o'clock - did nothing!

When choosing a hotel, we read not very flattering reviews, but still risked buying a ticket, the Anitas Hotel deserves even a top five in terms of the quality of staff service, variety of food, order and cleanliness.The hotel has its own Pier, and the sandy entrance to the sea is 30 meters to the right or left through neighboring hotels, where everyone is allowed, and even jump from the Pier, the main thing is not to occupy the sun beds of other hotels. We have already vacationed at this hotel twice. If your goal is just to relax in a calm mode and you do not expect to be entertained 24/7 by animators, then this hotel is for you.
The food is quite diverse, every lunch and dinner 2-3 types of different meat + fish, side dishes to choose from, vegetables, fruits, desserts. Themed dinners and evenings are held periodically.
Alcohol is poured locally, imported goes for an additional fee.the fee.
One of the big disadvantages is the inconvenient entrance to the sea, which is why many prefer to sit by the pool and there is very high competition for sun beds by the pool (you have to get up at 5-6 in the morning to take sun beds).

The hotel is marked as 3 stars here. Tour operators have like 4. But in real life the hotel is 4+* or 5-*.
We rested at the hotel from 08/25.23 to 09/22.
23. Check-in: Arrived at the hotel at 23:50 due to flight delays. We were met, escorted and settled into a standard room 605, on the 6th floor (the last), overlooking the city and mountains. Since the floor is the last, the exit to the balcony is different from those below. Due to the roof going down, the exit to the balcony is lower than the standard and ≈180 cm. There is an air conditioner on the balcony floor, but it works without noise and does not bother. If you are on the balcony, then of course it is better to turn off the air conditioner, because it drives warm air. The room is clean, everything is there and working. We did not have time for the evening soup / lunch, because it is from 23:00 to 00:00. But the lunch bar turned out to have a counter that works around the clock. There are: hot soup, bread, a vending machine with drinks and a vending machine with hot drinks in the thermopod. We ate soup, drank coffee and decided that we would stay in the room in which we were checked in.

From 2nd to 6th floors there are rooms, they are also from 1st to 6th floors marked in 2 elevators and the floors themselves where the rooms are located, there are 120 of them in total.
Food.
Breakfast on the floor (lobby) from 7:30 to 9:00. Cheeses, boiled eggs, porridges, omelets, including those that are prepared in front of you with a filler to choose from, toasts can be made yourself, pies, pancakes, etc. In general, everything is delicious and edible.
Lunch from 12:30 to 15:00 is also at the restaurant on the floor (lobby). The food is varied, fish and meat were always present. They always ate too much. Lunch at the hotel is mediocre and they do not focus on it, unlike dinner.
Dinner from 19:00 to 21:00 on the ground floor (basement) with access to the pool and the sea. And here the restaurant will probably please those who like grilled meat and vegetables: grilled beef liver, chicken, turkey, lamb, fried or grilled fish, etc. etc. On Friday, sea food day: baked tuna, smoked mackerel, crayfish, shrimp, sushi, crabs, etc.
Who writes that there is nothing to eat and everything is monotonous, obviously deceitful or overeager. Yes, it's getting boring. At home, everyone will not have exactly such a choice of dishes, unless of course you have individual chefs and a kitchen.
But of course there is a minus - not quite clean dishes. And you can't call it dirty, and you can't call it clean either.
Ice cream is served from 16:00 to 17:00. Ice cream is purchased, but almost every day it is different and there are 2-3 types to choose from.
From 10:00 to 15:00 on the beach, a woman bakes very tasty tortillas.
In the outdoor restaurant from 10:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 00:00 burgers, fries.
In general, starting from 7:30 and until 00:00, you can always have something to eat.
The beach and the sea.
After taking a few steps from the pool, down the stairs, you find yourself right on the beach. There are sun beds with umbrellas on the beach, you can ask the staff to put a mattress for you. A path leads directly to the pier, where there are also sun beds with umbrellas, there is also a descent into the sea by a ladder or by jumping (to anyone) at great depth. The entrance to the sea from the hotel is on the left side of the pier, but there are slabs already 7-10 meters from the entrance to the sea and it is not very safe to swim. We entered the sea from the nearby hotel Dyzaliya, it is next on the right side ≈100m. They don't chase anyone, they swam quietly. On the left there are beaches with breakwaters, you can also swim safely on them, there are no waves there. But only to swim, and not to settle down there on the sun beds. If you go further to the mountain, beyond the hotel beaches, go to the city beach, and if you climb the stairs and walk along the path further, you will see a beautiful landscape and a beautiful place.
Entertainments.
Water polo a couple of times a day, volleyball was played even once after 21:00 (fun), table tennis, bocce, yoga, aqua aerobics, hammam, live music with a soloist, folk dances, a mediocre disco, children's with animators, outdoor discos with animators in Alanya clubs. There is a go-kart near the Hotel Algora. There are children's attractions in the center of Konakla, near the time center.
Shopping.
There is a man named Kamil in the hotel, he will offer you to visit the RAFFA leather and fur products store, do not rush to refuse, they will take you there and take you back, no one forces you to buy, but most likely even force those discounts that sellers offer for such products. At the same time, you can go to the Time Center there: Colin's, Wikiki, Cotton, De Facto. I recommend a trip. The nearest supermarket is Migros at the gas station and across the street from it is the A101. In Migros, you can pay in dollars or euros, at a very favorable rate, the change will be given in lira.
Impressions:
The excellent location of the hotel, there is no city bustle, the sea is right in front of you.The food is decent. Everything works flawlessly in the rooms and in the hotel. Very friendly and friendly staff, who did everything to come back here again with the greatest desire. After all, during my vacation, I met tourists mainly from Russia with red bracelets. As it turned out later, red bracelets are for those who visit this hotel not for the first time and they have some privileges in the form of free Wi-Fi, perhaps a room with a better location, or rather I will find out about it myself if everything works out. Absolutely normally and respectfully, everyone communicates with each other, Germans, Poles, Turks, British, Russians... Most of the tourists are from Russia, probably about half.
Thanks to all the Anitas staff, and special thanks to Dzhigan, Juma and Kamil for a wonderful stay and entertainment.
Will I return to this hotel? I will answer - definitely YES!

The hotel is located on the first coastline.A small hotel (120 rooms in total)in a small area.It was the second time this year, because I like a relaxing holiday.The rooms are cleaned every day.Going to the sea is certainly inconvenient, there are boulders under the water, but it didn't bother me much, coral slippers are just right here.There is a pier and you can immediately jump into the sea.

I strongly advise against the hotel. If you love and respect yourself, in no case associate your vacation with this hotel. There will be no rest . Anex , as they said, bought this hotel and it is managed . The reviews are good, the staff can be seen scribbling, which they bought into when choosing (((
1. The beach is missing. Slabs and cut legs will decorate your rest. You won 't be able to go to the neighboring beaches either, the hotels there have made beaches for their customers and security guards are watching him.You are being asked to leave the territory , which is quite logical .
2. Service - they charge money for everything. The feeling that you are being earned for every little thing does not leave you throughout the rest.
3. The room . Old shabby furniture . Shower with non-working drain . And this is a room for a surcharge)
4. The safe is a separate story - old as mammoth feces. On the key . Paid $ 2 a day. His presence in the room makes absolutely no sense. Since the key must always be hidden. With this arrangement, I can also "hide money with documents". We saw it when we had already paid , but decided that we would not return it and tried to use it . The result is that the old key remained in the lock and just broke ( I managed to get what I needed from there well ) in the end I paid $ 10 for the key!!!! This is a fiasco. Special thanks to the representatives of Anex , Joshkun and Osman , who assured that they would solve everything , any issue .They said pay up . They do not solve anything and in such situations they generally ignore it . Stupidly do not take the phone 👎Do not rely on them . I will not be lazy to write a separate review specifically about these comrades .
5. The food is passable. Like in a canteen. It 's always the same . Constantly dirty dishes and utensils .
6. The only joy of this hotel is a Russian-speaking girl who works at the spa. Pleasant and will explain everything . He will try to help . Mom did a massage , I liked it .

Hello Turkey! I had a rest from 04.05 to 05.12.22. A small and cozy hotel on the very shore of the beautiful sea! Fruits, food is delicious and varied. The room was on the 6th floor, clean, spacious, cleaning and changing of towels was carried out almost every day. The friendly and always smiling staff of the hotel. I had the best memories, I didn't want to leave. I am glad that we will return to sunny Turkey!!!
