In this place, you will be provided with a calm and aesthetic rest. Responsive hosts Marina and Liparit are always welcomed with open arms. They are very attentive and caring.
The territory is all in greenery, a gazebo with a beautiful view. Each room has air conditioning, which is very helpful in the heat. All conditions have been created for a comfortable stay.
The sea is 5-7 minutes away. New Athos is a 15-20 minute walk away.
There is a small but incredibly beautiful waterfall nearby.
I highly recommend trying tangerine juice and homemade wine from the owners, they are incomparable!
In general, if you intend to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, then you definitely need to come here.
Also, be sure to ask Oleg (a relative of the owners) about the excursions, an excellent guide will carefully take you to the beautiful places of Abkhazia.

We had a rest this year in this chic, quiet, cozy, beautiful place. Wonderful hosts Marinochka and Liparid. I recommend trying their juice and wine, it's very tasty. The place is well located, it is convenient to go on excursions. The sea is 5-7 minutes away. There are cafes and shops. A paradise for body and soul. It's not the first time we've been here, and we always want to go back to them. I recommend it.❤

We had a rest this year in August, we really enjoyed it. The house is located in a convenient location, not far from the sea and shops, Marina and Liparit are very hospitable people. If you are going to Abkhazia for the first time, I advise you to stop at New Athos, this city is located in the middle of Abkhazia, it is convenient to travel to neighboring cities on excursions. Oleg and I went on excursions with an excellent guide, he has extensive excursions, I advise you to go with him and then you will understand why. In general, I definitely want to return to Abkhazia and of course I will stay at the Marina with Liparite, it is clean, cozy, hospitable and the price is very pleasing. We were very satisfied👍👍👍

For our family, this is a favorite vacation spot, the soul is resting here! We come to this house every year, we wait for this meeting, we drive up to the Armenian Gorge, and we are so cordially, sincerely welcomed by the owners of the house! There is no urban bustle here, peace and quiet, birds sing in the morning, the garden greets with coolness... I want to come back here again and again. The beaches are wide, spacious, and the city center is a 20-minute walk away, but although it is beautiful there, the atmosphere is completely different. Every time we leave, we dream of returning. Yes, and I want to note that Marina is a wonderful hostess, jam, tangerine juice, delicious wine is always in this house! 🌹

We had a vacation with my husband at the end of July at Marina and Liparida. They didn't regret it at all. The hosts are so good-natured and hospitable that I want to come again. We really liked it, it was comfortable and cozy. Marina organized a transfer, met us on arrival, offered coffee, sweets, it was very pleasant. If anyone thinks where to stay, I advise you to stay with them, you will not regret it. If we get together, it will be only for them. Thank you very much Marina and Liparid for the wonderful hospitality!!!

Everything is just great.This is not the first time we have come.It's getting better and better every time.The hosts are hospitable and friendly.A room with air conditioning, shower and toilet.The sea is not far away (about 7 min walk).A cafe has been opened nearby, the food is delicious, the portions are large and not expensive.If you don't want to go to the cafe, the owners have a shared kitchen and a veranda where we all gathered in the evenings (dying) and had dinner.We were in Crimea, we were in Altai, we did not find a better place than Abkhazia on New Athos.Come and you won't regret it!!!

Good time of day. I want to share my feedback about my first trip to Abkhazia. The country is good-natured and hospitable. The rest was a success. The accommodation is decent, people come from all over Russia. They lived in New Athos, with Liparid and Marina. We are very grateful to them for their comfort and kindness. Treating the guests as if they were their own family. Oleg has his own guide, drives a car carefully and will tell you a lot about the history of Abkhazia. I recommend the owners of the house. Vadim.

The place is very cozy, the owners are very good-natured, hospitable. We went for the first time, we didn't regret it. They will take you where you need to, pick you up from the airport and take you back. The places are very beautiful. For those who like a relaxing holiday, that's the thing.
