The temple was built by Empress Elizabeth Petrovna. There used to be a wonderful rector, Father Andrey Tkachev. Then he was chased away. Then Poroshenko gave the temple to another Church.

An amazing place, salted. The impeccable architecture of Rastrelli, an excellent view of the Hem and the Dnieper River, This place is full of history and legends. If I'm not confusing anything, Mikhail Bulgakov's name has something to do with this wonderful temple.
