The most wonderful, lovely and hospitable hotel💗 Youthful, trendy. Lovely, cheerful and good-natured staff. I was checked in a little earlier, the rooms are great, clean, odorless, high ceilings, large windows, nice bathroom, warm and cozy in the hotel. The breakfast is just Super delicious, a wonderful girl works with long gorgeous hair. I slept like a baby! Kiss Semyon the cat on the nose! Prosperity to you and your hotel and abundance! I love Yerevan.

A small cozy hotel, lived from October 8 to October 13, 2024 on the 2nd floor overlooking the courtyard.
The staff is responsive and friendly, speaks Russian and English fluently.
If desired, you can ask to wash clothes for a fee, there is a storage room for things if suitcases get in the way in the room.
For residents, dishes, a microwave and a refrigerator are freely available.
The room is not large, but cozy with a kettle and tea utensils. There was a large double bed and a sofa where the child was sleeping.
Of the cons: the sofa had a sagging sofa base, there were not enough hooks in the shower to hang a towel or things

Our favorite hotel. It is three-storied, small by urban standards, but the owners have made it very cozy and thoughtful. We stop there periodically. Nice rooms, delicious breakfasts. The hotel has its own small, cozy courtyard, where you can always sit with a cup of coffee. There is a coworking space. A very pleasant, homely aura. We recommend it.

If you want to see a very friendly staff, smiling hospitality, comfort in every corner and excellent breakfasts, then you are here. Incredible delicious coffee, clean in every corner, turtle, fresh bed and excellent hot water pressure in the shower, without leaks and water on the floor) I definitely recommend it! A special star to all the people who take part in the organization of the stay) To everyone, Arut, Smbat are very friendly and help with everything) Thanks again!
The only downside for me is that water ran or dripped in the toilet all night, it interfered with sleep. But I think this issue can be solved) and it's a pity that there is no evening cafe where you can have a snack after the flight. But this is also solved by fast delivery or supermarkets nearby.

The hotel is located near the center, 20 minutes on foot, 7-10 minutes to the metro. There is only one grocery store nearby, with very inflated prices compared to other chain stores.
The hotel is outwardly pleasant in design, has its own courtyard with tables. You can order breakfast and lunch, but the prices are too high compared to cafes in the city. There is a kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave, where you can reheat ready-made food, but you can not cook)
The room is clean, the bed linen is fresh and undisturbed. A huge bed.
What I didn't like:
– water was dripping furiously in the toilet, so if you are sensitive to sounds at night, take earplugs. We asked the staff several times to solve the problem, they convincingly promised to sort it out, but they did nothing. They didn't offer to change the room.
– The sound insulation in the hotel is zero, everything is audible, the entrance doors are made of cardboard
– The room has a balcony and when someone comes out of the next room to smoke, you will smoke too.
– There's not a single hook in the shower to hang things on. Water is constantly leaking out of the shower onto the floor
P.S. Tolik the turtle lives on the territory of the hotel.

The place is ideal to hide from the hustle and bustle, a wonderful courtyard for breakfast, authentic rooms (perfectly clean), very large and delicious breakfasts, a cool community, from some rooms you can see Ararat in the morning.
Tatev is in the very heart, hospitality that will break your heart and you will want to come back again.

1) Beautiful, cozy, clean. Ararat is visible from the 4th floor.
2) Very friendly staff, always help and prompt. Special thanks to Arut - I wish there were more such people in the world!:)
3) I like that there is a separate kitchen, a refrigerator, beautiful dishes and delicious breakfasts in the morning.
4) The presence of coworking is a huge plus. There is everything you need for remote work, fast Wi-Fi
5) And also what you will find only here are the people and the atmosphere. We became friends with almost everyone and had interesting conversations in the evenings, played board games. Now we come back here as relatives and close friends ☺️
6) Well, Tolik the Turtle will not leave you indifferent😊

So far, it is the only Yerevan hotel where I want to return. The territory, common spaces, and interior are distinguished by good taste. The guys are polite. The breakfasts are delicious. The location is perfect. Only there is no parking. But there is a work area.

I really liked the hotel: within walking distance from the main street, but at the same time it is conveniently located in a quiet side street, with a small but cozy courtyard. The rooms are clean, cozy, the mattresses on the beds are new, orthopedic. There are even disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom)) The staff is very helpful, there is Wi-Fi, a refrigerator shared by all guests on the 1st floor. There is an electric kettle and a tea set in the room. I had breakfast at the hotel, everything is delicious and not too expensive. Recommend

A great compact hotel. I was surprised that at 35 degrees it was not hot even without air conditioning. The beds are comfortable with high mattresses. A cute shady courtyard where a kitten and a turtle live. The staff are young guys, nimble, responsive. Thanks!

The best memories! Wonderful conditions: clean, cozy, everything you need is there, a kettle, dishes, a spacious wardrobe, a table with drawers, air conditioning and a TV, on request, clean towels were provided on the third day, soap accessories. On the ground floor there is tea, coffee, dishes. There is a cafe on site, but we thought it was expensive. There is an Aigedzor store nearby, where you can change the currency. The center is 20-30 minutes on foot at a leisurely pace. You can take the metro from Baghramyan station. The staff is wonderful, friendly and courteous. We were very comfortable. I dream of staying here next time.

Hello everyone I recommend the hotel! We had a family vacation with a teenager. Everyone really liked it! Convenient location, 10-15 min walk to the center, 5 min to the metro station. Very cozy, stylish, everything works)) The furniture is new, the mattress is excellent!!! water and light - there were no problems. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer, slippers, toothbrushes, soap, shower gel and shampoo for everyone. The staff is very professional and attentive! The cleaning is timely. The breakfasts are just super!!! There is a microwave oven and a thermopot with hot water in common use. In summary, the hotel has everything for a comfortable stay both for a tourist holiday and for those who come on business trips.

A wonderful hotel. When I arrived, the cherries were bearing fruit, and the view from the balcony of the berry-strewn trees was cool. Everything inside the room is also very neat and pleasant.
The disadvantages include the lack of a safe in the room. In addition, the shower stall is designed so that water inevitably ends up on the floor. The drain at the sink in the bathroom is very slow, the water accumulates very quickly. While washing, you have to turn off the faucet and wait, then turn it on again.
When I extended my stay, I accidentally found out that paying directly is about half as cheap as through the "Island".

Minuses:
- the private sector, around the house is not the most presentable kind, at night it looked creepy, the hotel itself is like an oasis in the middle of the desert
- there is no elevator, you will have to drag your suitcase up the stairs yourself
-lack of any sound insulation
-the toilet was dripping in our room
Positive:
+a fresh, clean, well-maintained hotel
+there is a room for work
+ excellent breakfasts, we have never been fed like this anywhere
+ albeit small, but clean rooms, where there is everything you need
+good location relative to the center

Complete delight! Having lived in Yerevan for three years, it is a complete shock not to notice such a cozy place. The hotel administrators keep in touch on all social networks, answer all questions.
