A wonderful hotel, very well located rooms, a good view from the balconies, excellent staff. Beautiful territory, very landscaped terrace with comfortable sun beds and views of Kata beach. Of the disadvantages, only the road to the beach, because the descent is very steep and there is no sidewalk for pedestrians. You have to walk on the side of a busy road, and it's dangerous. But you quickly get to the beach through the turn in front of the 7eleven store. There is a scheduled shuttle service from the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel from January 28 to February 6, 2025. It's a very nice hotel. Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable furniture. Beautiful well-maintained territory. The pool is not very large, but it is conveniently located. Good breakfasts, a large selection of dishes, a new menu every day. The hotel is located on a hill, so it may be difficult for elderly people to climb after relaxing on the beach. But from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., a small bus runs from the beach to the hotel every hour. And most importantly, the hotel staff are very friendly.

A very pleasant hotel! Away from the noisy streets and crowds of people. The pool is small, but it is quite enough to relax from the sea water. Accommodation in spacious and cozy rooms. There is a varied buffet for breakfast, you will not stay hungry. There is also an opportunity to have dinner in the evening, but the menu is small. The reception is always happy to help with all questions. The only thing worth considering when booking is the location: the hotel is located up the road at a decent height above the sea. It can be difficult to walk to the hotel after a busy day. There is a tuk-tuk that runs every hour from the main entrance to Kata Beach. I highly recommend going to the lower beach, there are no surfers there and there are fewer people.
