Fresh renovation. The rooms are bright. Comfortably. The rooms are cleaned regularly. Especially if you oil it up a bit. The rooms are not big. As always, there are not enough hangers and dryers in general. Condees are good. View or sea view and it's super! Or on the wall of a nearby hotel :-(.
The breakfasts are weak. The choice is small. But the coffee is delicious.
It's not far from the beach, but it's uphill. And the hotel itself is on a hill. Climbing ladders is exhausting. Helps out with electric cars.
The road to the hotel looks fast, but it's safe. Someone is walking/driving along it all the time.
It is a pity that there is no foot-washing tap in front of the hotel. All the sand from the beach rushes to the hotel.
The restaurant is expensive. The choice of dishes is so-so. But what they do is delicious. The portions are small.

This is a great hotel! The rooms are modern, not shabby, there is everything you need, even an iron and ironing board. For me, the location of the hotel is only a plus, far from the road, far from noisy streets and bars. The road to the hill did not cause any problems, for those who find it difficult to walk, you can call an electric car from the hotel, it's free. The sound insulation in the rooms is not very good, because there are doors between the rooms (perhaps this is done for family rooms), but I was lucky no one made any noise at night. The room had a view of the sea and the pool, the view was not important, so they settled in. The territory of the hotel is small, only between the buildings, for me it is very cozy, there is a pool that is not deep. There is no entertainment for children, and this is not a family hotel, which is what I needed. Quiet and peaceful. The room cleaning is bad, like everywhere else in Thailand, even the tips left did not help, they could only put an extra bottle of water. There is a gym with 24-hour access. The breakfasts are delicious and varied, you will not stay hungry. Fruits and vegetables, eggs in all possible variations, rice, meat, drinks (juices, coffee, tea), pastries, etc. I asked to pack a lunch box for the morning before the tour, it's a horror and a nightmare, two boiled eggs, two croissants with sausage, tangerine, and juice. Better take care of it yourself) They take a deposit of $ 100, keep that in mind. The staff is polite and helpful, they don't know Russian at all, only Thai and English.
Overall, the hotel is super 👍🏻 I recommend 🙌🏻

A normal hotel with no frills. The only thing is that it's a bit difficult to get uphill after the festivities) But these are small things. The room was nice - it had a sea view and a balcony, the food was good, the staff was great, there were no questions, they were always ready to help. The disadvantage is that there was a permanent renovation on the territory, a small gym, but with a good view, and it is very poorly equipped... And so you can safely move in, relative to the Beach of Patong, the location is very convenient.
