With gratitude to the Lara Anadolu Hastanesi Hospital for saving a broken arm!
It was a very difficult fracture.
On December 16 2022, in the evening, I fell and broke my arm. Already on the morning of December 17 an operation was performed.
The operation was done on time and very well. Later, Moscow orthopedists and traumatologists highly appreciated the quality of the operation.
Many thanks to Dr. ÖZCAN KOCANLI, who saved my hand, which is now like new!
Thank you to all the Hospital staff for their attention, competence and kind attitude!
With best wishes to the Hospital in the noble cause of saving people's health.

A good hospital treated well, they did a lot of examinations. I recommend, thank you very much to the neurologist for the treatment. The international department is super cool people.
I got to this hospital right from the check-in desk at the airport. I got here with rotavirus. I haven't spent a day in this hospital without crying. Disposable syringes were NEVER opened with me, they were opened somewhere, but not with me, it was useless to make a remark to the staff, because every time the story was repeated. They managed to pump a 2-liter drip for me in 1 hour, because of this, my hand swelled (I attach a photo), the staff ignored me when asked to reduce the "supply" of the solution. I went to the hospital without a suitcase, my suitcase flew with all my belongings to St. Petersburg. I asked many nurses to bring me a toothbrush, I waited for it for 2 days, perhaps they have a mentality that if there is something in the clinic, then you can ignore the request to the patient, and then also avoid it. As a result, I had to go to the pharmacy across the street myself with a CATHETER and a temperature.
Pros: a clean and beautiful clinic, a ward with a separate toilet and bathroom.
Thank you, Anadolu Hastanesi Lara!
It so happened that trouble happened to my mother. She went to Turkey, and on the third day of rest, she was hit by a car while crossing the road. A fracture of a leg, vertebra, ribs, collarbone – this is an incomplete list of injuries. My mother was taken to Anadolu Hastanesi Lara Hospital in a serious condition. Here she underwent several complex operations, and then was literally nursed with attention, patience and care. Mom spent more than two weeks in the clinic. Now we are going to Russia for further treatment.
On behalf of our whole family, I would like to thank the management and the entire staff of Anatolya hospital Lara (Anadolu Hastanesi Lara) for their real active help. I would especially like to mention Professor Mehmet Bilgin, the attending physician and surgeon who successfully performed surgery on the ribs and lungs, and monitored my mother's condition daily, noting positive changes and conducting competent treatment. I also thank Professor Özcan Koçanlı, who reassembled my mother's knee. Thank you very much, good health and good luck in every operation!
Every day, almost 24/7, my mother was looked after, tested, given injections and IVs, washed, kneaded, smeared with special balms and ointments by several teams of nurses and nurses. Professional, polite, responsible and, of course, everyone is unique in their own way. I sincerely thank nurse Mahmut Kabay for his patience, sensitivity, sincerity and tireless care. In addition to the complex of medical measures that he carried out, his efforts managed, in particular, to avoid bedsores, which often appear in bedridden patients. Tugçe Arslan, a nurse, managed to win the fight for high saturation (oxygen filling of the blood), who used, it seems, all available means of saturating the body with oxygen – from a simple mask to a powerful unit with a helmet like a gas mask. For supporting my mother's love of life and desire to recover, thanks to the nurse Aydin Baysal. We thank nurse Kubra Baskaya for custody.
She also constantly encouraged, helped to conduct a dialogue with the insurance company, prepared for her return to Russia, and the head of the department for work with foreign patients, Zilfinaz Temel, did not allow her to be discouraged.
Thank you all! During these two and a half weeks, you have become indispensable and almost dear to us! Good luck, prosperity and health to you!
A very good hospital!!! A Russian-speaking guide from the beginning to the end of all necessary procedures. Doctors know their business, but they often impose unnecessary medications and examinations (they are reinsured), this is the case everywhere in Turkey.
Anatolia Hospital was offered by the GVA assistant company as a partner of the Alfa Insurance insurance company under the medical expenses insurance policy during my husband's trip.
And it was certainly a happy choice for me, because at all stages of interaction with both GVA and the clinic, their professional concern for the fate of my husband was felt, forgive me for excessive, perhaps, pathos. The most important person in the clinic for me turned out to be the wonderful Farida, who, in addition to the function of an interpreter, took on the responsibilities of organizing all contacts and issues of interaction with the insurance company and with all employees and doctors of the clinic. My husband felt like a dear guest of this clinic, who was welcomed here and all the clinic staff were ready to help. The promptness in the processing of analyzes, the organization of additional procedures (tomography with contrast) and the correct diagnosis by the clinic doctor does everyone honor!
The clinic itself left a pleasant impression with the level of technological equipment and modern working style.
It's scary to remember what happened to us in this hospital😱😱😱I don't even want to write anything about this, thank God that we are at home in Russia, but I will never forget the Russian-speaking manager ILONA🙏🏼😘The most sincere, kind and responsive… In any case, I thank everyone, the circumstances and the ALMIGHTY🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Paid paid me an extra 1100 TL for my father during admission to the hospital, and I stated that I would not stay as an escort, but when I asked for a bill after leaving the hospital, they cut off 890 TL of bed money, and when I went and met with Mrs. gizem hospitalization unit, you have to pay this fee, whether you stay as an escort or not, because I need to stop, he said, I have never seen such nonsense in my life, in short, this hospital man is cheating.
On June 6, 2024, our family was removed from the Anatolia-Minvody flight, as my husband lost consciousness during takeoff due to the heat. They were brought to this hospital and provided medical assistance. The whole family was left to spend the night in a separate room (for $ 70), in the morning they were released with a flight permit and a doctor's conclusion that there was dehydration. They didn't prescribe medications, they said to drink a lot of water. There are translators. The Russian-speaking girl helped us a lot: starting with insurance before calling a taxi to the airport. The nurses came into the room every hour: they changed the pressure, temperature, and seturation. They fed me, very well! The view from the window is almost like in a hotel! Thanks ❤
We are disappointed with this clinic. In the summer of 2022, my son was admitted to this hospital by ambulance. We paid $1,750 in three days. The diagnosis was not made, the tests were done in the wrong direction, MRI of these organs was not necessary. Type 1 diabetes started for the first time, which makes it easier to take blood for glucose... and they did expensive studies on intestinal obstruction. Pumping out money. My son had an attack due to high sugar, dislocated his arm, and now has plexopathy of the shoulder joint. But what about UNOBTRUSIVE. As soon as the insurance limit is exhausted, they are transferred to a public hospital. And it was expensive and did not help....
It's a great hospital. My husband came here in a serious condition to the intensive care unit. Treatment and care at the highest level. The staff is very professional. My husband Mikhail Makarenko is still in the intensive care unit. I express my great appreciation and gratitude to the doctors and nurses. And I especially want to say about the translator Farid. Her attentiveness and positive attitude give faith and hope of recovery. Responsiveness and help in any situation.
Thank you all. Sincerely, Titova Irina Fedorovna.
We got here with rotovirus, we had an IV. The impressions are very positive! The room is single, like a hotel room! There are a lot of staff, there are 3 nurses on the floor.
I was in this clinic for 2 weeks.
10 days in intensive care and 4 days in the general ward.
The general ward, like a hotel room, is very comfortable, there is a TV, shower and toilet right in the ward.
The ward was for 2 people, my husband flew in and the two of us were there.
Many thanks to the doctors and staff for treating me!
