I remember with emotion how I accidentally got into this hospital! Thanks to a friend! A beautiful, modern hospital, with ramps and numerous entrances! Everything is beautiful in the building! The flag of the state is hanging! At the reception , they thought we wouldn 't be able to explain ourselves , but then a young girl with Turkish looks spoke excellent Russian. Her friend had her documents checked out and was escorted to the right doctor's office! We were waiting in the hallway! There were moms and kids sitting there, and adults! The doctor escorted his patients to the exit doors of the building, explained something to them on the way, it was nice to look from the outside! He received my friend well too) I don't know what kind of examinations are being conducted there, but they're taking blood for sure! I think there are a lot of surveys being conducted in such a large building!

I would like to express my sincere and huge gratitude to the staff of the Lara Anatolia Hospital clinic for their attentive attitude and high professionalism. While on vacation, my husband, Sergey S., had a STROKE. Despair and fear are the emotions that possessed me at the beginning. But from the first minutes of my stay at the clinic, I had hope, and then confidence that everything should be fine. In the evening (all the doctors were already resting at home at that time), the doctor was called from home. We were very lucky because Dr. Digdem SAYIN was involved in my husband's treatment. She not only took a very professional approach to treatment, achieved steady positive dynamics in recovery, but also with her positive attitude instilled confidence in her husband that recovery would be a must. It helped him a lot! After being discharged and returning to Belarus, the treatment was continued at our Republican Center for Neurology and Neurosurgery, and the specialists of this center highly appreciated the work of their Turkish colleagues. I would also like to note the very attentive attitude of all the medical staff, especially the girls from our department. It is also very important for patients and their relatives that there are specialists who speak Russian, German, and English around the clock in the hospital. This greatly facilitates the solution of organizational issues. And there were a lot of them! Not only was I allowed to stay in the same room with my husband all the time, I was provided with three meals a day, but the issue of transportation to the airport by clinic transport was also resolved. And I would like to express my special thanks to Dilara Ilyasoğlu in this regard. She promptly responded to all my requests and provided the necessary assistance. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE! It has long been known that medical and insurance businesses go hand in hand and throw each other mercilessly for any reason, but here doctors have made a breakthrough discovery - both insurers and patients can be milked, and the latter can and should be brought to a state of panic attacks and a desire to sign any documents for any amount in their corridors. A specific situation, omitting minor details, is when a person is given an ECG and told that "there's just a problem with the heart, we'll treat it." The result of the cardiogram itself is not sent to the Russian Federation for approval, because it is clearly visible there that everything is OK with health. They are trying to coordinate expensive procedures + a hospital with the insurance company, while figuratively smearing the patient's nose with green paint and bandaging his finger. When the insurance company logically refuses most of the requested treatment points, the clinic offers the client to pay on the spot, suggesting that "you will return home with our checks and everything will be returned to you, do not even hesitate." The patient himself is in a state of shock from the diagnoses of local doctors, the announced amounts for treatment (how do you like a vitamin dropper for $ 800?) and catches a panic attack. This story ended well in the end - we managed to quickly contact familiar doctors and insurers who resolved the issue, to the sincere indignation and gnashing of teeth of the administration and medical staff. And how many people without acquaintances in the industry get paid in similar situations? The communication process would probably also be worth mentioning, but outright rudeness was only on the part of one employee, and even that was quickly stopped by a counter. Nowhere in any country in the world where we applied for adult insurance policies has there been such a thing, it's just a shock. Everyone wants to make money, but the fundamental moral and ethical principles of medicine have been overthrown. Summarizing my report, I would like to note that in no way do I want to question the qualifications of the clinic staff directly. But the inhuman attitude with which they carry out plans to earn banknotes would be condemned not only by Hippocrates, but also by Victor Frankenstein.

According to the established custom, cooperation with the Turkish side is quite adequate. The hospital's branches treat their citizens and our tourists. When compared with Mother Russia, they work not worse, but often better. There are no unsolvable problems in sending a (nearly) stable patient home on a regular flight accompanied by a medical team from the Russian Federation. Citizens, don't squander your money on health insurance. A normal amount of coverage solves a lot of problems that simply won't arise in this case.

It is better not to go to this hospital, if the insurance company sends you to it, ask for another medical institution. They waited in the waiting room with acute pain for more than 3 hours. There is basically no understanding,,an emergency condition,, They will drive you from office to office and measure your blood pressure at maximum, there will be no instrumental diagnostics until the morning. That's what they told me, we don't know what's wrong with you, the doctor won't be here until morning. But you need to be monitored in the ward. In fact, they put you on a drip until the morning and you lie writhing in pain and wait for this morning and the doctor. The junior medical staff ignores the gloves, calmly pokes at the phone with his fingers, and then without treating his hands, climbs into your vein and yes, to get into this vein, it's a whole quest, I had huge bruises that I still treat at home, because there is a huge hematoma on one hand and the seal never goes away. In the morning, the doctor came (at 10 o'clock), said that tests were needed (well, they didn't take it earlier!!, because I've been there for more than 12 hours), an ultrasound and then he will tell me what's wrong with me. In general, in the end, in the afternoon, after an ultrasound, I was kicked out. That's all ,,treatment,, Blood test,ultrasound and an IV with electrolytes and paracetamol. I returned to the hotel in the same condition as I got to the hospital and as a result, I was treated for another 2 days, went on ivs to a medical center nearby, because I couldn't eat at all from the pain. When calculating at the reception, they tried to impose on us the payment of analyzes, which is completely unnecessary in my case, be careful when paying bills, they are masters there for all sorts of unnecessary and expensive things. Be healthy, but if you get sick, avoid this hospital! They are stalling, they do not treat, they do not know what asepsis and antiseptics are. The only thing I would like to note as a plus is that the ward is clean. But that's probably all.

The medical service works with quality and professionalism but because it is a private hospital they want to get more money. I tell you about my personal experience. My wife was hospitalized for medical insurance and they tried to stop us as long as possible to earn more money. We had to make a fuss so that they did what the doctor indicated they had to do before discharging us because 4 hours had passed and the assistance staff were not doing their job they just said that they did not know -(after claiming that I wanted to leave the hospital because I understood that they wanted to take more money I determined to leave without putting the cast on my wife. They told me I had to wait until the next day. They only work for money, not for health. In conclusion a very bad and unpleasant experience. I was my wife's escort and they didn't give me any food for 24 hours and then they wanted to charge money. Horrible experience.

They prescribe a bunch of tests that need to be coordinated with the insurance company. We got to this place with a child, sat in the hallway without any help for an hour, until we raised the "hi". The doctor examined the child without a bathrobe, gloves, without treating his hands, listened with a phonendascope in a supine position and only from the front. The impressions are the most disgusting, try not to get into this institution.

We saw that Anatoly's hospital is the closest to us, which is also suitable for insurance. We arrived there by taxi, explained the situation, and listened to us... Nothing. I sat in the hallway for two hours. Periodically, an employee who worked with us passed by, offered to go with him, went somewhere, said sit here, and nothing happened. It would be fine if they were loaded, it could still be understood, although a person with Quincke's edema should be helped immediately. But the staff just walked around with mugs, chatted, laughed, went out for a smoke. Then it started to rain and everyone poured out into the street to admire the rain. As the same employee explained, they had not had rain for 8 months, how could they miss such an opportunity! I started to tremble so much that my teeth were clanking, the itching was unbearable, it was hard to breathe - and no one cared. To our questions, how long to wait, is it possible to put at least an injection as soon as possible - no reaction, sit down, wait. As a result, they gave me an adrenaline shot and asked if I wanted to stay in the hospital. I refused at first, but then decided it was better to observe. As a result, this employee simply disappeared in an unknown direction, we waited for him for another hour. It was one o'clock in the morning, we were tired and cold from the air conditioner, so we spat and went to the hotel. I asked for a prescription for medicines, by the way, they didn't give it to me, saying that I had to donate blood first, but it would be on Monday (I applied on Saturday). The next day, in the evening, there was a relapse (there was no treatment as such), we went back to this hospital and again according to the rolled-out scenario - sit here, sit there. This time there was no reaction for three hours. One employee, whom we literally caught by the sleeve, seemed to get into the idea that I should at least be examined, approached our employee, but he did not agree. In general, they were stalling for time so that we would just leave them. To be honest, I am shocked by such blatant unprofessionalism, such an inhumane attitude towards patients. What if I had died in their hospital? It seems that they don't care what happens to the person who turned to them for help. And who did not receive this help. We looked at where else we could go, it turned out to be a hospital in Mahmutlar. We contacted the insurance company, waited for the transfer and went there. They were already waiting for us there, they filled out the documents in advance, so they immediately examined me, put me on a drip, then wrote out a prescription with drugs, explained in detail how to take it. Here is a huge thank you to them, these are real doctors, professionals, and just wonderful people! And I do not recommend Anatoly's hospital from the word at all, to bend twice two with them.

I'm waiting for the receipt for 2 hours, the answer to any questions is one - sit down, I'll do it. Skipping your transfer is an additional 2 hours in the waiting room corridor. It may be paid.
