I came for a regular haircut, I just asked to cut my hair straight. This salon can't even cope with such an elementary task. The hairdresser, after washing my hair, began to comb my WET hair with force, PULLED out half of my hair. Any hairdresser should know that it is impossible to comb wet hair with force, especially thin hair. Then she DRIED my hair completely, and did not cut it like everyone else does. While I was blow-drying my hair, she turned on too hot air and burned my neck 2 times. After the hair was dry after the hair dryer, I was told that I would have my hair cut standing up, that is, I had to STAND as a client while my hair was being cut. I turned around and left, I won't come back.
