Positively:Delicious breakfasts. The purest water on the beach. There is enough space for everyone, especially on weekdays. On weekends, locals come and it gets denser both at breakfast and on the beach. A good rumservice. Beautiful views from the window. Great food. Silence.
Corrections: It is not clear on what days the kids club is open.
There is no tea or kettle in the room. There are no large cups for coffee either. For some reason, they are not allowed to keep an iron in the room.

I had a vacation in August 2023 in this chic hotel! The hotel is beautiful, cool, green! The staff is polite and friendly!
Special thanks to the maid Natalia Ulyanova for the daily cleaning, everything is always in place, clean and on time! She was attentive to our wishes!!!
Coffee in the room, fruits were brought daily by wonderful staff!
The restaurant is delicious and varied! Lots of fruits! In the evening, live music and a cozy atmosphere!
There are a lot of people, but you can't see him! Four swimming pools, a large beach line and there are always free sun beds!
There are many attentive staff at the beach bar and pool bar! Orders were delivered quickly!
A great SPA area with a large swimming pool! Friendly staff will show you everything, tell you, help you!
But the most important thing is the sea! Warm, transparent!!!

One of the best hotels in Cyprus. For lovers of spa and privacy. The nearest big city is an hour's drive away. The territory itself is green and beautiful. The sea here is clean and beautiful. One of the disadvantages is a very high price tag. Even for Cyprus. And a small entertainment program at the hotel itself, if you are used to holidays in Turkey, you may be bored here.

An incredibly beautiful hotel with wonderful service and excellent cuisine. I highly recommend visiting the Helios French cuisine restaurant. Among the disadvantages, perhaps, are the prices and the lack of free entertainment. The rest there is very calm and lazy. The only way to get to the neighboring village is by taxi, but there is not much to do there.

I never write reviews, but this hotel has surpassed all hotels. We are resting here now. The area is very beautiful. Stunning view from the terrace. That's it! The service is terrible, or rather it just doesn't exist. Deck chairs must be booked early in the morning, otherwise there is no guarantee that you will have a chaise longue. Cleaning for the first 3-4 days everything was fine, then they just stopped cleaning! They come either at 16.00-17.00, when we are resting, or they do not come at all! It's a problem to book dinner at the restaurant! Sorry, everything is busy, go to the Amphora for a buffet. We can suggest tomorrow, or the day after tomorrow, this was not even discussed) until I contacted the representative of the tour company, the issue has not been resolved! Terrible SPA!!! I have never had such an unprofessional massage! It feels like the staff was specially selected to spoil the rest of the guests. If it weren't for the wonderful sea and the beautiful views, the holiday would have been completely ruined. The hotel is absolutely not worth the money!

We are very upset and devastated by the visit to the Anassa Hotel. In the last days of our stay, 3,000 euros were stolen from our safe. The proceedings at the hotel did not yield anything. Answer: no outsiders have entered your safe. Naturally, there are no apologies or offers to settle the situation. And this despite the fact that we left a fortune at the hotel during our stay.
Advantages of the hotel:
- absolutely fantastic beautiful architecture of the buildings; beautiful antique decor, natural materials, very beautiful flowers both on the territory of the hotel and in the building;
- an atmosphere of tranquility and enjoyment of nature;
- beautiful views from the rooms;
- delicious meat and good service in the basil restaurant;
Cons:
- a completely unimportant and unstable level of service, although it has improved since the year before last, but you can still say hello to the staff and get a silent angry look in response;
- the quality of the food is very lame - they can bring a good breakfast to the room, and for lunch mashed potatoes from green potatoes, absolutely disgusting pasta is inedible, the food is often either unsalted or over-salted. And it's all for a lot of money;
- problems with bed linen in the rooms - I did not sleep at all for several nights, because they put wet linen and blankets on - that is, you go to bed, try to fall asleep and realize that it is not comfortable, cold and bad. And only by the middle of the night of the martyrs do you realize that the whole bed is wet.
More nuances - this is a hotel for a relaxing holiday, it is located on a slope and goes down. Descent towards the sea, as if from a small hill. This may not be convenient for everyone, especially the elderly. Especially let them go back upstairs. You can order a buggy from the beach to take you to the main entrance, so as not to drag yourself up on foot, but sometimes wait up to 20 minutes.
Despite the terrible situation with the theft of our money, I hope we will move away and be able to return to the hotel sometime again. Personally, I enjoy the beauty of the hotel itself, the smells of flowers and nature there. And stealing, food and staff is just a pain.

Greetings to all those interested in this hotel.
Yesterday, on August 11th, 2019, I returned from my vacation in ANASSA.
The hotel is quite expensive. I was there 2 years ago. I really liked it, so I went there again. Excellent cuisine, 4 restaurants to choose from. Excellent service on the beach. Very clean. For fans of NON-active recreation.
But, this time, the mood and rest were spoiled by unpleasant moments.
1. Money was stolen from the safe in the room twice - 200 and 100 euros. Contacting the hotel administration and calling the police, drafting a statement did not help in any way.As was to be expected, however. That is, by default, we stole money from ourselves.
2. At dinner, in a restaurant, some of the tables are outdoors, on the street. During breakfast and dinner, a large family of mangy stray cats constantly sleep and run around, which in my opinion does not contribute to appetite.
The apotheosis for me was when I saw how one kitten climbed onto a canned table and walked around there for a long time, sat down.he licked his lips under the tender glances of persnal. After that, a family of vacationers was invited to sit down at this table to have dinner.
3. There are not very polite and courteous waitresses.although this is the exception rather than the rule.
4. Mineral water and fruits are placed in the room irregularly.
I consider all of the above unacceptable for any hotel, especially such an expensive one.
I will NEVER come to this hotel again!
