In the restaurant of Abkhazian cuisine "Anasha" we were struck by the atmospheric decoration — bright elements of national decor and warm light and national music create a cozy space. The menu offers a wide range of dishes. We ordered hominy, sauces, tortillas and they exceeded all expectations — hominy was very tasty, and sauces and tortillas added a delicious accent. In addition, we tried khinkali — they were boiled to perfection, juicy and saturated.
The service is excellent (the owner of the establishment, Andrey, impressed with his attentiveness and hospitality): the staff is polite, attentive, ready to help with the selection and tell you about the dishes. "Anasha" is an ideal place for those who want to get acquainted with the Abkhazian cuisine and those who want to enjoy the comfort of home, and great dishes, and feel the atmosphere of Abkhazia. I definitely recommend it!

An excellent restaurant in the central part of the Sukhum embankment. It is very atmospheric, the interior is designed in the same style without piling up unnecessary items. Decent , polite and non-intrusive service. There are no questions about the kitchen, everything that was ordered is very tasty: Khinkali, dolma, hashlama. There was also a unique tangerine tea. Thank you. On our next visit, we will definitely visit this wonderful institution.

The museum restaurant is located in the very center of Sukhum. It's atmospheric, delicious, and the service is very pleasant. We had a lot of fun. The owner enthusiastically talked about the exhibits related to the history, way of life and culture of Abkhazia, and gave us a short tour. The next day we came here again. Plus — for a convenient good location, a spacious hall, an authentic style, polite staff.
The minus is for lemonade with rosemary, which for some reason is added in the form of a dry loose seasoning, and not a sprig. I also do not recommend fish and Abkhazian salad, which for some reason is very spicy there.
I'll highlight the bathroom separately — you need to look at photos here, it's dirty and uncomfortable, I lowered another point for this.

We had a rest with a friend in early November in Abkhazia, accidentally went to this cafe, the next day we drove 70 km to have lunch here again, a wonderful cozy cafe, responsive staff, the owner personally told us about the dishes, also gave us a jar of honey. For those who find themselves in this cafe, be sure to try a boat with a pear and a dorble🔥🔥🔥

A beautiful authentic place, the owners carefully preserve the history of their people and pass it on to the guests, we even had a tour of the institution with an excursion into history, there are many household items of the 19th century in the restaurant. The dishes are 10 out of 10, everything is delicious, freshly prepared, the serving temperature and the design of the dishes are excellent, the service throughout Abkhazia is the best 10 out of 10 - we were welcome here and this is the most pleasant thing. Even in the pretentious, historical Gagripsh restaurant, the staff considers it above their dignity to pay attention to guests. Good luck and prosperity to you.

We came for a walk along the embankment and went to this restaurant))) we were greeted by a pleasant waiter Lola👍🥳a very beautiful interior inside, a wall of red peppers is a separate kind of beauty 😜we ate very tasty , my salad was divine , my husband ate very tasty soup, the children ate pasta and we drank delicious tea and dogwood compote 😍thank you very much for the service and delicious food! The restaurant is very nice. What delicious khinkali. Even the grilled vegetables were brought - a blast! It is better to take bottled wine. It was just amazing! The taste buds are delighted! A boat with a pear and a door blue in the very heart! I strongly advise you to try eggplant rolls, I have never tasted such delicious ones anywhere else. Khinkali are huge, they do not spare the fillings. Attentive waiters, fast service, you feel like the most welcome guest.

I'll add a spoonful of tar to everyone's delight. The kitchen is very mediocre. Yes, khinkali is normal, but for example khachapuri with gorgonzolla and pear is a pathetic parody of the pizza of the same name, with three tiny pieces of pear and a minimum amount of cheese, the dough is very so-so. Salad with warm eggplants - well, it's just ridiculous, sliced tomatoes, covered with lettuce, interspersed with eggplants that don't even think about crunching, but should. We ordered two glasses of homemade wine - they brought completely different wine in these two glasses, to the question - "did you pour from the same bottle?" an affirmative answer was received to the following question: "then how can it be that the wines are different?" The answer was "it's a miracle!" Maybe this is such a specific humor, for me it's just a blatant lie, even without trying to disguise it somehow. In general, one disappointment, unfortunately.

There are two options here, either it's all paid reviews, or people work differently for different clients.In general, we came with a group of children to 3 tables, ordered a lot of khachapuri, pizza, two pans of beef, a lot of khinkali, some kind of soup and LAVASH)). The prices were above average, but I wanted to eat delicious food, and I couldn't find a place for a large company anywhere else.They brought khachapur, the children liked it, everything is fine. Alcohol was brought, adults are starting to like everything too))) We are waiting for food!!A drum roll.... they bring a frying pan, two at once, and the second the pan comes into contact with the table, in one voice, all at once, WHERE'S THE MEAT???)))))That ROAR! The waiter just ignored it. In general, the pan looked like sliced vegetables, mostly cucumbers, stewed in a pan. They put on glasses, squinted, parted the cucumbers, dug out 50-70 grams of something similar to meat. The waiter was called, I don't like to be indignant in restaurants, but I don't like cucumber jam even more. On the second attempt, the pans were taken away and promised to return everything with meat and Lavash at the same time. We are waiting!! Soup is suitable, it's not soup at all, and not broth, but just water for 750 rubles.. We are sitting, we are no longer happy, we do not understand what to do, to leave or not, it seems that the children are waiting for pizza, they have already started to bring fried khinkali, we are sitting further, waiting for how it all ends. I visited the restaurant at the end of March. The name of the restaurant translates very interestingly - cucumber. The interior of the restaurant is made based on the motives of Abkhazia. There are dishes of both national and European cuisine. I ordered kharcho soup, khinkali with spinach and cheese, a boat with pear and dor blue cheese, arashikh with eggplant, hashlama soup. The dishes turned out to be just incredibly delicious. There is a beef breast in soups and, I'll tell you how it is, it melts in your mouth 🤤
Thank you very much to the waiters for telling us about the dishes in a very interesting way and I want to try everything on the menu.
I want to say a huge thank you to the owners of the restaurant for opening this place ❤️ Having arrived in Sukhum, I will always come for a portion of mood, as well as advise friends to visit this restaurant.

Khinkali with spinach and cheese, meat and vats, brought quickly, very tasty. I definitely recommend it. My friends' dishes were also of disgusting quality.
It was the most expensive trip to the restaurant for the entire period of stay in Abkhazia, but THE MOST TASTELESS.

We had lunch at this restaurant as part of an excursion group. We even took part in a master class on making eggplant rolls and boats with egg and cheese. Everything went just extraordinary. And very tasty. Manager Andrey is beyond praise. In addition to the excellent organization of work and service of the restaurant, he told us a lot about the history of the building in which the restaurant is located. We went to this restaurant based on reviews on the Internet, and later we regretted it. Also with bread, they asked for a couple of pieces, brought a bread basket with stale pieces, different ( 100p ) You don't even know how to formulate a dish in a pot, before ordering they asked what you have is not spicy, said it, firstly everything was inedible except the flatbread on top. The portion is very small, a third of the pot, 3-4 small pieces of meat, tender and with fat, vegetables are mostly bell peppers and everything is VERY spicy. About 10% extra, when calculating, for such dishes and service, I am generally silent. With a total score of 2100, how do you go hungry? Positive reviews are most likely fiction. I came in today, 5.05, to have dinner. Pleasant decoration, cool location, apparently, a popular place, during my stay (evening, 21-22 pm) someone's anniversary was taking place, companies were sitting at several more tables. I ordered a beer, it was delicious. I ordered khinkali, the serving was as it should be, after 20 minutes, they brought it, but cold. I asked to do it again, saying that I would like to eat fresh, freshly cooked ones (if you come here, specify which ones you need). They brought me a new portion, hot. I asked for an invoice, specifying whether I could not pay for the service fee specified in the invoice. The answer was that if I have a financial problem (there is none), then they are ready to treat me. So, in addition to the incomprehensible motivation to slip a stale product, there was an attempt to indirectly accuse me of insolvency, and make it clear to me that since I "have no money", they missed the "Claim" and are ready to agree to feed me for free.
Strange. And it is not clear why this was done.
Conclusion. The beer is good, the khinkali from the second batch were also delicious, but the service approach raises questions.

I didn't like the place. There were four of them , two of them became ill. It's not tasty, and my stomachs are twisted. We took fish, flat trout overcooked in oil, this was not seen anywhere (the same mullet overcooked in breadcrumbs. And also very dirty toilets for the establishment in the center. After 20 minutes, the ribs were brought, which were cold inside.
I don't know how long it takes to heat a plate in the microwave, but it seems to me less than an hour or more.
Then they brought over-salted soup.
After another 20 minutes, the converted ribs were brought, this time warm, but one piece, 85% of which is fat, there are such "ribs" on it seems possible.
Khachapuri was brought overcooked, the cheese on top just burned, turned into coals.
And all this despite the fact that 10% of tips are automatically taken into account in this institution.
I haven't seen a worse place for a long time, the mood is spoiled, I don't advise anyone to ever visit this place.

Khinkali with mutton was delicious, I can't say anything. When people write that it's expensive, I agree, but one day I ate in a cafe near Inter-Sukhum. So: the price was the same, but the quality of the food and the atmosphere is worse. It was the most tasteless barbecue, which is amazing. About drinks: in Anasha I tried sea buckthorn tea - it was very tasty! I didn't take the coffee out, it was also very decent. Therefore, I recommend visiting the Anasha institution

We decided to visit this place on 24.08, as we wanted to eat khinkali. When we arrived, the waiter came up to us and gave us the menu. When we chose khinkali, the waiter said that khinkali in the FOOT would appear a little later, but advertised them so that we decided to wait an hour and a half when they would be taken out of the foot. We waited, came, made an order: khinkali and dolma. They didn't take anything out for 30 minutes. But at the very last moment we were told that the dolma was in the foot. That is, after waiting and sitting for so long, come out and say that the second course is in the stack? Well, such a thing. Did you and your chef not know which dishes were in the stack BEFORE ordering?))) After that, we did not want to be in this place and continue to wait for Khinkali. But in another cafe we were fed tasty, a lot, quickly and as much as possible with a soul.
