In the restaurant of Abkhazian cuisine "Anasha" we were struck by the atmospheric decoration — bright elements of national decor and warm light and national music create a cozy space. The menu offers a wide range of dishes. We ordered hominy, sauces, tortillas and they exceeded all expectations — hominy was very tasty, and sauces and tortillas added a delicious accent. In addition, we tried khinkali — they were boiled to perfection, juicy and saturated.
The service is excellent (the owner of the establishment, Andrey, impressed with his attentiveness and hospitality): the staff is polite, attentive, ready to help with the selection and tell you about the dishes. "Anasha" is an ideal place for those who want to get acquainted with the Abkhazian cuisine and those who want to enjoy the comfort of home, and great dishes, and feel the atmosphere of Abkhazia. I definitely recommend it!
An excellent restaurant in the central part of the Sukhum embankment. It is very atmospheric, the interior is designed in the same style without piling up unnecessary items. Decent , polite and non-intrusive service. There are no questions about the kitchen, everything that was ordered is very tasty: Khinkali, dolma, hashlama. There was also a unique tangerine tea. Thank you. On our next visit, we will definitely visit this wonderful institution.
The most luxurious premium class restaurant! A cozy and rich atmosphere in a national design. The prices were pleasantly surprised☺️ I recommend every connoisseur of delicious food to visit there! An elegant host greets you on the doorstep and immerses you in the world of national dishes worthy of the Gods! Russian celebrities were among the visitors, which proves the high level of service and the quality of the dishes! The impressions of the visit are indescribable!!
The museum restaurant is located in the very center of Sukhum. It's atmospheric, delicious, and the service is very pleasant. We had a lot of fun. The owner enthusiastically talked about the exhibits related to the history, way of life and culture of Abkhazia, and gave us a short tour. The next day we came here again. Thank you so much for your hospitality! Good luck and prosperity!
The Anasha restaurant in Sukhumi is a real discovery for those who appreciate the atmosphere, delicious cuisine and hospitality. From the first step inside, you feel at home: a cozy interior with elements of national flavor, pleasant music and friendly staff create a unique atmosphere. The terrace overlooking the sea is especially impressive, where you can enjoy dinner with the sound of waves and a fresh sea breeze.
"Anasha" is not just a restaurant, it is a place where you can feel the real taste of Abkhazia. I will definitely come back here again and recommend this restaurant to anyone who finds themselves in Sukhumi.
Plus — for a convenient good location, a spacious hall, an authentic style, polite staff.
The minus is for lemonade with rosemary, which for some reason is added in the form of a dry loose seasoning, and not a sprig. I also do not recommend fish and Abkhazian salad, which for some reason is very spicy there.
I'll highlight the bathroom separately — you need to look at photos here, it's dirty and uncomfortable, I lowered another point for this.
We had a rest with a friend in early November in Abkhazia, accidentally went to this cafe, the next day we drove 70 km to have lunch here again, a wonderful cozy cafe, responsive staff, the owner personally told us about the dishes, also gave us a jar of honey. For those who find themselves in this cafe, be sure to try a boat with a pear and a dorble🔥🔥🔥
Success and prosperity to this institution🙌
#mood
The first time in Sukhum. I was looking for ATMs in the center and a delicious place to have a snack, and it was atmospheric. I found everything ) The restaurant attracted attention . It sounds fun in Russian . I looked in and didn 't regret it . Khinkali with mutton was the most tender. And I took the intoxicating soup. On January 3 , after all ,
I was also impressed , it was spicy with vegetables and noodles .
A beautiful authentic place, the owners carefully preserve the history of their people and pass it on to the guests, we even had a tour of the institution with an excursion into history, there are many household items of the 19th century in the restaurant. The dishes are 10 out of 10, everything is delicious, freshly prepared, the serving temperature and the design of the dishes are excellent, the service throughout Abkhazia is the best 10 out of 10 - we were welcome here and this is the most pleasant thing. Even in the pretentious, historical Gagripsh restaurant, the staff considers it above their dignity to pay attention to guests. Good luck and prosperity to you.
We had dinner twice, we'll come again. This is the place you want to go back to.
We came for a walk along the embankment and went to this restaurant))) we were greeted by a pleasant waiter Lola👍🥳a very beautiful interior inside, a wall of red peppers is a separate kind of beauty 😜we ate very tasty , my salad was divine , my husband ate very tasty soup, the children ate pasta and we drank delicious tea and dogwood compote 😍thank you very much for the service and delicious food! We will be in Sukhum, we will definitely visit your restaurant again 🍽️
Excellent restaurant, delicious breakfasts, funny name meaning "cucumber" in the Abkhazian language. The Makhajirov embankment is located next to the Brekhalovka. Brekhalovka is a place of worship in Abkhazia.
The restaurant is very nice. What delicious khinkali. Even the grilled vegetables were brought - a blast! It is better to take bottled wine. And there's also a whole show of peppering dishes - you have to see that. I highly recommend it. It is conveniently located, and they work for a long time and love their customers.
It was just amazing! The taste buds are delighted! A boat with a pear and a door blue in the very heart! I strongly advise you to try eggplant rolls, I have never tasted such delicious ones anywhere else. Khinkali are huge, they do not spare the fillings. Attentive waiters, fast service, you feel like the most welcome guest.
Many thanks to the staff of the Anasha restaurant (Sukhum) for their attention and perfectly cooked dishes. This is not the first time we are convinced of his high level! All the dishes are delicious!! The staff is super!!!! We give the restaurant 10 stars!!! You are the best!!!
I'll add a spoonful of tar to everyone's delight. The kitchen is very mediocre. Yes, khinkali is normal, but for example khachapuri with gorgonzolla and pear is a pathetic parody of the pizza of the same name, with three tiny pieces of pear and a minimum amount of cheese, the dough is very so-so. Salad with warm eggplants - well, it's just ridiculous, sliced tomatoes, covered with lettuce, interspersed with eggplants that don't even think about crunching, but should. We ordered two glasses of homemade wine - they brought completely different wine in these two glasses, to the question - "did you pour from the same bottle?" an affirmative answer was received to the following question: "then how can it be that the wines are different?" The answer was "it's a miracle!" Maybe this is such a specific humor, for me it's just a blatant lie, even without trying to disguise it somehow. In general, one disappointment, unfortunately.
The restaurant was pleased with the excellent service and excellent dishes presented with an exquisite presentation. The staff is professional and attentive, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The taste and quality of each dish met expectations, and their presentation added visual pleasure. This place is suitable for both romantic dinners and business meetings. I recommend it!
Visited on January 1st
A cozy restaurant, beautiful surroundings, courteous staff.
The kitchen didn't really order a dolma of minced meat as the mashed potatoes are not tasty. We ordered a khachapuri boat with an egg, and it turned out that it could also be spoiled. They brought a woman's dough that was not tasty, and the cheese also did not stretch and was not tasty.
I'm reading reviews about this place and I can't figure out how. There are two options here, either it's all paid reviews, or people work differently for different clients. In general, we came with a group of children to 3 tables, ordered a lot of khachapuri, pizza, two pans of beef, a lot of khinkali, some kind of soup and LAVASH)). The prices were above average, but I wanted to eat delicious food, and I couldn't find a place for a large company anywhere else. They brought khachapur, the children liked it, everything is fine. Alcohol was brought, adults are starting to like everything too))) We are waiting for food!!A drum roll.... they bring a frying pan, two at once, and the second the pan comes into contact with the table, in one voice, all at once, WHERE'S THE MEAT???)))))That ROAR! The waiter just ignored it. In general, the pan looked like sliced vegetables, mostly cucumbers, stewed in a pan. They put on glasses, squinted, parted the cucumbers, dug out 50-70 grams of something similar to meat. The waiter was called, I don't like to be indignant in restaurants, but I don't like cucumber jam even more. On the second attempt, the pans were taken away and promised to return everything with meat and Lavash at the same time. We are waiting!! Soup is suitable, it's not soup at all, and not broth, but just water for 750 rubles.. We are sitting, we are no longer happy, we do not understand what to do, to leave or not, it seems that the children are waiting for pizza, they have already started to bring fried khinkali, we are sitting further, waiting for how it all ends. The waiter agreed that the soup was not very good, called the administrator for help, he even tried Vodka, agreed, and promised not to include it in the bill))).They bring the pans, the meat is a little more, they put everything on top, okay, it's a stretch to go for three. The lavash was never brought. 1.5 hours have passed by this point. I was reminded ten times about pizza and Pita bread! The waiter comes up and says, are you still waiting for pizza))) They say she burned down))) that's why they didn't bring it to you, then a worldwide flood, then a magnetic storm, and now we're ready to cook it)) The kids are hungry, they say yes, let's have pizza. The pizza arrived, the check was paid, and another 10% service fee for a large company. The waiter proudly said there was no lavash on the bill!!! We didn't bring it to you)))!!Total:plus, the facilities in the vacant seats are minimal in everything else, maybe it's a matter of chance, or I don't know such a special attitude towards visitors. I hope this review will help someone make the right choice.Yes! I forgot, they brought some kind of compote as a compliment, but no one wanted to try it like that))) so they took it back.
Indeed, the most pleasant staff in all of Abkhazia. They are friendly, attentive, and the food is served beautifully. Everything was very tasty! The view from the windows is pleasant, the music is not intrusive.
Great food , everything is delicious 🤤 There is both local and European cuisine. The prices are quite loyal. The staff is very polite and worried about you 😊
Excellent craft wine )
Pleasant atmosphere , quiet and cozy ☺️
We were very satisfied, good luck and thank you very much!
An excellent restaurant in an ethnographic style. It allows you to get acquainted with the local cuisine in excellent execution. The interior is very beautiful, like in a museum. It is delicious, satisfying, very welcoming attitude and there is no feeling of "canteen" and service "on the run". Thank you very much for the evening!
It's a delicious, colorful place, and I really like the interior of this place. The service is excellent, the staff is polite. Very tasty homemade white wine 😊
A very cozy place! Warm service, very tasty food, ordered khachapur and salad with roast beef, we were just delighted. convenient location right in front of the sea, colorful design, I recommend it to everyone!
As always, it's great, fast enough, there is Wi-Fi, card payment, and most importantly delicious!
I was in March 2024, then in October 2024 - I'm glad that nothing has worsened)
I visited the restaurant at the end of March. The name of the restaurant translates very interestingly - cucumber. The interior of the restaurant is made based on the motives of Abkhazia. There are dishes of both national and European cuisine. I ordered kharcho soup, khinkali with spinach and cheese, a boat with pear and dor blue cheese, arashikh with eggplant, hashlama soup. The dishes turned out to be just incredibly delicious. There is a beef breast in soups and, I'll tell you how it is, it melts in your mouth 🤤
Thank you very much to the waiters for telling us about the dishes in a very interesting way and I want to try everything on the menu.
I want to say a huge thank you to the owners of the restaurant for opening this place ❤️ Having arrived in Sukhum, I will always come for a portion of mood, as well as advise friends to visit this restaurant.
And so in order, order three dishes - caesar with chicken, ribs with corn and fried potatoes with mushrooms. There were two micro pieces of chicken in Caesar, the portion is very small, but God be with him. Instead of ribs, they brought some kind of boiled mosol, as if bones had been taken out of the soup. The meat is tasteless, bland. Fried potatoes are actually boiled, cut into large pieces. Everything is tasteless. It is not clear what he gave 4 rubles for. The cherry on the cake - a man in a cap was sitting at one of the tables, and he was watching the TV on his smartphone at full volume for the whole hall. Amazing, what else can I say))
I liked everything very much! We ordered non-alcoholic cocktails, one hot is similar to mulled wine and citrus, very tasty! Khinkali with spinach and cheese, meat and vats, brought quickly, very tasty. I definitely recommend it. It started to rain, we were sitting outside, the waiter immediately opened the visor so that we would not get wet. I will also note the interesting serving of dishes 🔥
It's a very cool family restaurant, the waiters are children, and in general the entire restaurant staff (except the kitchen)It's one big family, and it's great.
The location is in the center, the interior is very authentic, cozy and atmospheric. But the taste of the dishes was very upset, the output of the dishes is small, they do not justify their price. The service is also lame, the dishes were carried for a long time, the drinks were waiting for 20 minutes. We will not come to this place a second time
TRASH))) At first, the waiter came up to us, we said that it would be possible to approach in 2 minutes. Then no one came up to us, and we went to look for ourselves to make an order)))
We ordered two portions of khinkali. All.
At first they said that the readiness was NO MORE THAN 12 minutes! 30 minutes have passed. The waiter comes out and says, "2-3 minutes." After another 10 minutes, we left. In total, we spent 40 minutes and did not eat. There was practically no one in the hall. And they wanted +10% for such a "service". Definitely NOT recommended😡
If you don't want to lose all your customers, think about it
PLEASE DON'T GET FOOLED BY THE RATING!!! POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE OBVIOUSLY FAKE AND CHEATING
The tables are served by a child, waiting for dishes for at least 30 minutes, the crazy prices absolutely do not correspond to the quality of the dishes, extra dishes are thrown into the checks
I asked for bread to go with the tartare - they brought a fried flatbread, to my remark that this was not what I wanted - the waiter advised me not to spoil the meat with bread 🤡
The stewed ribs were absolutely wooden, rubber, it was stupidly impossible to eat.
My friends' dishes were also of disgusting quality.
It was the most expensive trip to the restaurant for the entire period of stay in Abkhazia, but THE MOST TASTELESS.
WE PAID 7,000RUBLES AND LEFT ABSOLUTELY HUNGRY
Under a certain mood, but there are many advantages, for example, a Russian manager who speaks pure Abkhazian and his excellent courtship of guests. The food is quite tasty. Cocktails are a bomb.
This is a wonderful place with excellent service and excellent management ❤️having dinner with my husband is not the first time we never pass by , we advise everyone to visit this excellent institution
The waiter came for a very long time, said she would come in 2 minutes, after 10 I had to go to her myself. They said they would cook for a maximum of 12 minutes, after 20 they said they would bring it in 3, and as a result, another 10 minutes passed.
As a result, 30 minutes for two portions of hinkals and patience ran out, I went to another restaurant, where food was made in 10 minutes.
There were 4-5 tables occupied in the restaurant.
Nice place, spacious, clean, interesting interior. We got to a master class on cooking, we really liked it, it was fun, relaxed and delicious. Author's sea buckthorn tea, an interesting combination of flavors, I recommend it. special thanks to the manager Andrey Viktorovich for the information, for the attitude to work, for the hospitality!!!
We came to have dinner with a group. We didn't like this place.
The food was carried for a long time, they forgot to punch the dish and cook it accordingly, they didn't really like the food itself either. Some dishes are too salty
And there was no paper in the toilet. The place was almost empty, so it can't be said that these shortcomings were due to the fumes. It's not a good experience
We had lunch at this restaurant as part of an excursion group. We even took part in a master class on making eggplant rolls and boats with egg and cheese. Everything went just extraordinary. And very tasty. Manager Andrey is beyond praise. In addition to the excellent organization of work and service of the restaurant, he told us a lot about the history of the building in which the restaurant is located. I rate the restaurant Perfectly. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and acquaintances when visiting the city of Sukhum!!!
We went to this restaurant based on reviews on the Internet, and later we regretted it. We ordered chicken "tabaka" and vats (meat with vegetables in a pot on top of a flatbread made of dough) chicken is not tobacco, just half a small fried chicken, asked when ordering what is served with (greens, sauce) the waiter said with nothing, ordered an additional sauce (100p) they bring a dish and there is also sauce, it is How? Also with bread, they asked for a couple of pieces, brought a bread basket with stale pieces, different ( 100p ) You don't even know how to formulate a dish in a pot, before ordering they asked what you have is not spicy, said it, firstly everything was inedible except the flatbread on top. The portion is very small, a third of the pot, 3-4 small pieces of meat, tender and with fat, vegetables are mostly bell peppers and everything is VERY spicy. About 10% extra, when calculating, for such dishes and service, I am generally silent. With a total score of 2100, how do you go hungry? Positive reviews are most likely fiction. And in general, to begin with, this is not a restaurant at all, only restaurant prices and nothing else, well, the interior is possible.
I came in today, 5.05, to have dinner. Pleasant decoration, cool location, apparently, a popular place, during my stay (evening, 21-22 pm) someone's anniversary was taking place, companies were sitting at several more tables. I ordered a beer, it was delicious. I ordered khinkali, the serving was as it should be, after 20 minutes, they brought it, but cold. I asked to do it again, saying that I would like to eat fresh, freshly cooked ones (if you come here, specify which ones you need). They brought me a new portion, hot. I asked for an invoice, specifying whether I could not pay for the service fee specified in the invoice. The answer was that if I have a financial problem (there is none), then they are ready to treat me. So, in addition to the incomprehensible motivation to slip a stale product, there was an attempt to indirectly accuse me of insolvency, and make it clear to me that since I "have no money", they missed the "Claim" and are ready to agree to feed me for free.
Strange. And it is not clear why this was done.
Conclusion. The beer is good, the khinkali from the second batch were also delicious, but the service approach raises questions.
Konstantin
I didn't like the place. There were four of them , two of them became ill. It's not tasty, and my stomachs are twisted. We took fish, flat trout overcooked in oil, this was not seen anywhere (the same mullet overcooked in breadcrumbs. And also very dirty toilets for the establishment in the center. I don't recommend it.
The service is disgusting
They ordered lemonade, and 30 minutes later they brought hot food for one of the 5 people. One is eating, all the others are watching
After another 15 minutes, lemonade was brought, which turned out to be not tasty. It feels like a couple of drops of juice have been added to a bottle of mineral water for color.
After 20 minutes, the ribs were brought, which were cold inside.
I don't know how long it takes to heat a plate in the microwave, but it seems to me less than an hour or more.
Then they brought over-salted soup.
After another 20 minutes, the converted ribs were brought, this time warm, but one piece, 85% of which is fat, there are such "ribs" on it seems possible.
Khachapuri was brought overcooked, the cheese on top just burned, turned into coals.
And all this despite the fact that 10% of tips are automatically taken into account in this institution.
I haven't seen a worse place for a long time, the mood is spoiled, I don't advise anyone to ever visit this place.
I liked the place, the prices are like in any institution on the sea. A very tasty boat with cheese and egg is just a bomb! Next time I wanted to try the Abkhazian salad, in the end I ordered it and it did not meet my expectations: very spicy, salty - I don't really like that. Khinkali with mutton was delicious, I can't say anything. When people write that it's expensive, I agree, but one day I ate in a cafe near Inter-Sukhum. So: the price was the same, but the quality of the food and the atmosphere is worse. It was the most tasteless barbecue, which is amazing. About drinks: in Anasha I tried sea buckthorn tea - it was very tasty! I didn't take the coffee out, it was also very decent. Therefore, I recommend visiting the Anasha institution
We had a rest in the city of Sukhum, walked along the embankment, went to this wonderful cafe. Service -5 points. The food is simply delicious. Very tasty. We recommend it.
We decided to visit this place on 24.08, as we wanted to eat khinkali. When we arrived, the waiter came up to us and gave us the menu. When we chose khinkali, the waiter said that khinkali in the FOOT would appear a little later, but advertised them so that we decided to wait an hour and a half when they would be taken out of the foot. We waited, came, made an order: khinkali and dolma. They didn't take anything out for 30 minutes. But at the very last moment we were told that the dolma was in the foot. That is, after waiting and sitting for so long, come out and say that the second course is in the stack? Well, such a thing. Did you and your chef not know which dishes were in the stack BEFORE ordering?))) After that, we did not want to be in this place and continue to wait for Khinkali. But in another cafe we were fed tasty, a lot, quickly and as much as possible with a soul.
And thank you for the "hospitality" and for the "delicious dolma with khinkali")))
We took 3 khinkali with mutton and tangerine juice. I really liked khinkali (I have eaten many times and I know what is delicious and what is not) . The juice is unusual, this does not happen here. BUT they took a 10% "supplement" from us, like a tip, this is complete nonsense. Because of this, I give 3 stars
A good restaurant, spacious, which is very comfortable. The most delicious khinkali with mutton in Abkhazia!!! The service is very pleasant, which is difficult to meet in this country)
