I will not recommend this hotel to people who are used to the high level and quality of their holidays. This hotel is not worthy of 5 stars! The old room stock in the northern building of the residence, stripped furniture, poor cleaning, dirty headboard covered with yellow spots, very loud air conditioning, which is not possible to sleep with. There is no free water on the beach, they give water in the room, but in reusable glass bottles, and how they wash them is a big question. No one comes up to you on the beach, you will jump to open the umbrella yourself, you will also bring towels yourself . But that's not even the main thing. In the main restaurant, where there is a buffet, the staff paints all round tables with black polish, it looks like greasy paint that stains clothes, and it cannot be washed! 5 things in our wardrobe were ruined, among them one expensive white women's shirt of a famous brand. The manager of the residence and the manager of the hotel when meeting with us were absolutely not friendly and not kind, behaved extremely unpleasantly and arrogantly, they got the impression that they do not like Russian tourists, and they also do not like when they are presented with claims. They proved to us that there could be no paint in the restaurant, then we had to show them a video shot in the restaurant.
They didn't like it very much, because there was nothing to object to. They did not apologize, they only said that they could offer us free dry cleaning, and if the stains do not go away, then these are our problems, and they will not compensate for the cost of things, because we do not have receipts for them. This is just a rare rudeness, unworthy of a 5-star hotel! We also showed them a photo of an unmade mountain of dishes at our breakfast and a dirty headboard in the room, to which they did not respond at all, showing that they did not care about our opinion and perception. We have never seen such a creepy staff and such an attitude anywhere. They just don't care about their guests. The shirt was cleaned only after the second dry cleaning, 3 items were cleaned after the first, and one sweatshirt was never cleaned. Anyway, these things are no longer in the same condition as they were before. No one else approached us, did not ask for our opinion, did not apologize, we never saw any of the managers again. Draw your own conclusions.

The best hotel in Dubai! Large green area, 5 restaurants, 3 one-time cleaning , delicious food. Our room was a 2-storey bungalow and was on the 2nd floor overlooking the lagoon. Very convenient location to the sea 200 m and lagoon 5 m) the staff is very friendly, courteous, the service is at the highest level , they always try to help , ask if everything is okay. Fruits were delivered to the room for free, and on July 8 we were presented with a large bouquet of fresh flowers. The room is large, comfortable, and has all the amenities. 4 bottles of water are brought every day, and the tea and coffee station is replenished. The hotel is quiet, family-run, no drunken parties. The sea is clean , warm , and there are starfish , crabs , and fish at the bottom . Free transfer to the Mall of Emirates 3 times a day for free. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception, they will always help to call a taxi, etc.. tuk tuks run through the territory itself, taking people to the right points of the hotel . A boat floats on the lagoon selling coconuts, water and drinks..There are 3 pools . There is a shallow one with sand for children. There are always rescuers on duty .
The hotel is highly recommended! We will come back here more than once!! We traveled a lot in 5* , rixos, but this hotel left the most pleasant impressions, thanks to the attitude , quality , service.
About excursions:
We flew by the operator biblio -globus from the operator, they attached an individual guide to us. So: through a guide, do not take a sightseeing tour with a climb to the Burj Khalifa and dinner on the ship. The guide is Sergey. We bought a ticket for 2 adults and 1 child of 5 years old . When we left the hotel, our car broke down (it was), we missed part of the program, no one apologized..they brought us to the cream store late, although they promised to go to the jewelry store.. then they drove to the locations where they were supposed to take photos , but the bus didn 't even stop to take pictures ... dinner on the ship is a separate topic .. At plus 45, our group was located on the upper deck, open without a guard .. with small children , with the elderly , everyone drove and suffered ... the food was not delicious ... then we quickly went to the singing fountains where they were given 5 minutes to look at them !!! Then we will go up to the Burj Khalifa on the 125th floor. We were given 2 hours of time .. The queue was only for an hour! There are 10-15 minutes and immediately in line for the descent . In general, the conclusion is that it is easier to buy tickets yourself and travel safely, without running headlong..

The hotel has a large territory. 5 restaurants, a pool bar and a cafe.
The area is beautiful, Thai-style, with a lagoon pool throughout.
A large well-kept garden, beautiful trees and shrubs.
We booked a room with access to the lagoon. A great option with children!
The breakfasts are varied and delicious.
In general, we liked the food in all the restaurants.
I had mixed feelings about the beach… The beach itself is nice, clean, comfortable sun beds and fast service, but the eye rests on other hotels in Palma and Dubai... such is the specificity of the landscape))
But, it should be noted - the water is very clean and calm, starfish, beautiful fish and crabs came to us. My son really enjoyed playing with animals on the beach.
And also, there are amazing sunsets in the evening!
We took half board, dinner could be exchanged for lunches and visit any restaurants to choose from with an Ala-carte menu, or visit Swedish lines with different cuisines in the main restaurant where breakfast was held.
We liked the Bushmans steakhouse, where you can try kangaroo steak, eat delicious Pavlova, and in general, all the food there was very tasty.
The Mediterranean restaurant also has very tasty food, but the portions are huge)) Even my husband couldn't handle them)
We also went to the Swedish lines in the main restaurant, everything was very tasty cooked!
Nice SPA!
There is a kids' club, but we didn't get there. Children are given gifts from the club upon arrival.
I would also like to note a minimum of animation, in the evening, themed evenings such as barbecue are held in the area near the main pool.
A fire show was held on the beach in the evening, very beautiful!
The fitness room is very comfortable, good exercise equipment, a lot of space in the free weights area.
After training, you can run into the multi-storey building and take a smoothie, or salad, or a delicious cake))
We liked the hotel, we had a good rest!
I missed the privacy and infinity of the beach... but you have to go to other places for this. My son and my husband liked everything.

This is the best hotel in Dubai!!! My delight!!! A huge lagoon, the maximum depth is 140 cm. We had a room with access to the lagoon, it's sooo cool!!!! The men are cleaning the room, what clever girls they are!!!! Quickly, very efficiently, 2-3 times a day. They are very worried about having plenty of water, coffee, tea, cream, sugar and water. Every evening they put chocolates or macaroons. They worry so much about the comfort of the guests that you feel like the president of the universe, it's sooo cool!!! Spa is generally a delight, very cool massages. Nutrition is beyond praise. Special thanks to all the girls for their care. Irene wrote to me on Whatsapp every day, asking about our stay. We had a lot of clothes, I asked for hangers, if possible, and they immediately brought them to me in abundance. The staff is very friendly. For me, this is an indicator (everyone does their job with pleasure, it is clear that people are happy to work in such a wonderful place and take care of the guests from the bottom of their hearts. A magnificent beach. There is a kids club and a club for teenagers. There is a free bus service from the hotel to the Emirates Mall 3 times a day. I was very happy to be in such a perfect place!!!

Luxury hotel, stayed with my husband in a villa room overlooking the lagoon. The 24-hour swimming pool is super convenient. I really liked the Ala carte v Bushmils menu. In general, love at first sight happened to the hotel.

Very good indeed. I've been staying here for the third or fourth time. The apartment is 90 sq.m. Bedroom, living room, kitchen, toilet -bath-shower, plus a guest toilet. Large balcony with outdoor furniture. A great beach with sun beds. The service is on the level. A huge swimming pool. What you should pay attention to is the quality of furniture and appliances. There were rooms that were not very fresh and did not have a working TV, coffee machine, washing machine. Everything changed within a day or two. But the sediment remained. I have been staying here for at least two weeks, it was for a month, it was for two. Getting to all areas is not a problem. The Careem app helps.
And so I lived in all areas of Dubai... and my soul went to the Palm Tree.

Super hotel, lots of greenery, rooms with access to the pool. The food is fantastic. If you take breakfast and dinner, you can go to any restaurant of your choice for dinner, including a steakhouse. I highly recommend it.

The most important thing is that our bank card data was stolen. When we were on the beach, we left the map in the bag, the bag on the table. The card was brand new and always with us, except this time. We woke up one day and saw $1,500 deductions from the card. The hotel denies the guilt of the staff, went to the police, requested the cancellation of payments from the visa, almost all were able to return.
Do not leave the card in the room, but rather take everything of value with you! Since this hotel has a review on booking about stealing cash from a safe!

A wonderful hotel! Organization, service, location of rooms and pools -I liked everything. Extremely delicious in all restaurants! I highly recommend it. We lived in a pool house-the child did not get out of the water-as soon as he woke up, and always before going to bed. Even my husband and I swam very late at night, in the dark. The air conditioner in the room was making quite a lot of noise, it was turned off at night, but we were too lazy to ask it to be repaired. In any case, I recommend it!!

Cool hotel. The territory is large. You can walk both around the hotel and along the general embankment. The food is excellent, several zones with different cuisines. The pools are super. You can swim past all the houses on the water. There are water activities on the beach, the beach is sandy. It's super easy with kids. The only disadvantage is that it takes 30-40 minutes to get to the city, this is only before the beginning of the palm tree. If to the center, then almost an hour more.

We arrived at the hotel at 11.00, checked in closer to 12:30 (we are glad that our room was free, because check-in starts at 14.00). The room was overlooking the lagoon on the 2nd floor. I want to pay attention to the daily cleaning! There are no questions at all) The guys are great, they clean up very carefully. They also come every day at 19.00 to find out if they need to clean up or take out the trash. I will note what a really clean pool near the beach. Every evening it is *vacuumed* under water. And when you enter it, there is no veil on the water, no hair and no sand at the bottom! It just caught my attention. 👌🏻 The food is perfect for adults. If you want fish, you want meat. In abundance . We had breakfast/lunch/dinner included. It was just very tasty and varied , but it was a little difficult for my child . Because she has a food allergy and a lot of things are not allowed . But the issues were resolved promptly . We went to the customer service, explained the situation, and every day at lunch they cooked chicken soup separately for us. We ordered separately only spaghetti without additives. We had 3 festive dinners. Christmas and New Year's Eve). The tables were decorated very well 😊 Black caviar was just pleased 😎 It was in abundance, I don 't want to take it! Lobsters and so on. Everything was very tasty 🤤

They have created an oasis on a palm tree, the hotel is surrounded by greenery, in comparison with other hotels in Dubai. Cooks are constantly creative, I love scramble and if you love it like me, this is a gift for you. A fountain with chocolate for children, as a separate type of entertainment. There are nuances everywhere, there are also nuances here, but this is different for everyone. I fell in love with the atmosphere. There is a big club for children, they speak different languages, but it does not sleep Rixos, so do not hope for much. The child will always have something to do. I noticed that this is more difficult in Dubai, if there are children's rooms everywhere, but the program is not very diverse.

A solid five to the place!! We visited 2 times, once in a room in the main building, the other time in a villa on the water. The hotel's territory is Thai-style, so much greenery can hardly be found in the UAE. 2 huge swimming pools, the entire length of the hotel, very cool!! The staff, breakfasts, restaurants, everything is at the highest level. The gym is good, we visited it often. The beach is sandy, the sea was warm (we were in March and in May), the view from the beach is also pleasing to the eye. The second time I wanted to settle in Dubai somewhere else, but all the lines converged on Anantara again, and we did not regret it! I highly recommend the place to visit.

We went to the hotel 2 times in a row. Take the houses with the lagoon. Access to the lagoon around the clock overshadows all the disadvantages of the kitchen and some other little things.
Houses 4 , 5 and 6 are located on the sunny side, you will not have to go sunbathing right on your terrace. They are not far from the main places and the central lobby

I am absolutely delighted. During the 3 days spent at the hotel, there were no comments at all. The accommodation is comfortable, the checkout is the same. We lived in Willets with access to the pool. Complete delight. The water is pure, velvety simple. We swam in it at night, there are no aprets. The restaurants are great, the chic Mekong restaurant - Chinese and Thai cuisine without complaints. Delicious sorbet ice cream in bars, especially pineapple. The spa just didn 't have time to try it . It's worth coming back here.

As for the food, we were on full board, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not for Russians, it gets boring after the third day. And even though most of the beach was closed - the sand was being renewed, this did not prevent us from enjoying our stay in this beautiful hotel

There are both pros and cons of this hotel.
Regarding the cons.
The uncoordinated work of the administrative staff (for example, the reception found out that you can use an unused meal at any other time. We come to the Crescendo restaurant- and the receptionist girl takes a very long time to find out if we really have the right to eat ... unpleasant).
Water. 2-3 glass bottles are placed in the room, according to the mood. It is inconvenient to take to the beach. As a result, you have to buy water at the bar.
I think a hotel of this level should have free water throughout the hotel.
In the restaurant, tea/coffee/water is included only in the breakfast. At lunch or dinner, you can pour water for yourself for free, but tea is not even included)) desserts are included though.
Insanely expensive bars and restaurants on site. 2500 for a cocktail that barely feels like gin, 2000 for corona beer. 3000 rubles - burger with potatoes. The system for calling waiters on the beach works every other time.
A small fenced area in the bay on the shore where you can swim. And not because it is dangerous, but because of all kinds of boats and water transport, which are immediately offered for rent.
Obsessive sellers on the beach, I don't understand why they won't be kicked out, they annoy everyone.
The main pool near the beach is very shallow, there are mostly children there. There are 2 lagoon pools, on the right and left side, where there are villas with access to these pools. We swam there a couple of times in total, they are more convenient for the residents of the villas.
On Saturday there was a special brunch in a regular restaurant, they said - if you want to eat, you have to pay 120 dirhams) Although we had breakfast and lunch/dinner included. Or go to a restaurant on the beach and order from the menu (very limited, by the way). And there are such pitfalls in everything.
Of the advantages:
The beautiful green area of the hotel, beautiful interior and exterior in Thai style. The view from the apartments on the 5th floor was amazing - the Persian Gulf and the lagoon pool.
The food is varied and delicious at the Crescendo restaurant. I especially liked making salmon bagels in the morning. A chic dessert showcase and a chocolate fountain. Fresh fruits.
The beach is not bad, it's nice to spend time there, the view is gorgeous.
There is a free shuttle to the Mall of Emirates.
Verdict: it's been better, but not to say that it's bad)

From what I would personally correct - the food, I would diversify the table. And yet, I recommend that guests take care of transport in advance, since taxis simply do not go there during rush hour (this is the very end of the palm tree).

Everything is 5+. Only the food let me down. There is a lot of everything, the variety is huge, the breakfasts are super!!! But lunch (buffet) is mostly Thai, Arabic, Asian cuisine (lots of sauces and spices)….for an amateur.

We had a rest in September.
We checked into the hotel early in the morning. The room was taken on the 1st floor of a two-storey house with its own access to the lagoon. Very convenient. At any time, you can swim in clean, cool water. There were always fresh orchids in the room. Huge bathroom.
Breakfast is something. A huge selection of cereals, fruits, cuts, desserts, nuts, cheeses, all kinds of delicacies, canapes, salads, always a large selection of freshly baked bakery products, juices, water, compliments from the chef. Dinner is an immersion in the world of food......Meat, fish, crabs, lobsters.......
The territory of the hotel is surrounded by greenery, which is not typical for most hotels in the UAE.
We liked everything.
We hope we'll be back. And we took note of this Brand for ourselves.... Keep it up !!!!

We had a family vacation in November 2022. Very cozy, quiet place with beautiful views. The food is good, waiters serve on the beach from the restaurant (you can eat and drink without interrupting water procedures). A wide range of water activities (kayaks, surfs, jet skis and many others). The beach is very clean, sandy, the water is clean and calm. There is a promenade opposite the hotel. The room stock is a little worn out.
But the general atmosphere of the hotel allowed us to close on some shortcomings. I highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday.
